The inconveniences were that the hotel is hard to reach due to the constructions in the neighborhood. No helpful street indicators to get you to the hotel.

Very good breakfast, clean room and bathroom, towels were changed daily, personnel respectful and professional. Hotel was clean and well maintained, nice terrace at the restaurant. The inconveniences were that the hotel is hard to reach due to the constructions in the neighborhood.

Internet is good but sometimes got disconnected. Other than that no major issues.

the hotel is located in quieter part of the city, next to the sport arena. Behind the hotel there's a hidden gem - a huge park with bars and places to chill. The hotel offers very good breakfast and well quipped bar. Around the hotel in a walking distance (less than 1km) there are various restaurants and bars. Also, with public transport its easy to get to the city centre (tram number 17). Free of charge underground garage for hotel guests is a big advantage.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the A/C in the room and the receptionist Boris was very helpful and got us another room. We could park in the parking garage below the hotel. Nearby was a tram station, bus station and the metro.

Location wise, roads were under construction around the hotel. We did not really like the surroundings even though there is a big park next to the hotel.

Room was quite large and nice and seems new. Breakfast was OK. We loved parking in the garage and it was free at the time.

weak points: very noisy bathroom and toilet extraction fans and cigarette smell getting through the fan system. Breakfast serving / presentation should be improved. Fruit plate made of unripe kiwi and taste-less melon. So just small details which easily can be "fixed"

Thumb up for  smooth check in/heck out. Members of staff (reception, breakfast, housekeeping) very friendly and with smile on their faces.  Room comfortable and clean. Bathroom needed for some update. Parking on site. Pets also accepted.

The staff and ambiance of the hotel were pretty good. The breakfast for the guests was really awesome. Rooms were clean and specious.

The room was quite cool. For the first time in my life there was a queue for breakfast. But it was Christmas and the holidays, there were a lot of people. Finding a table for breakfast was not easy. I think that on normal days everything is fine with this.

I liked that there is parking, it turns out that parking in Prague is very expensive, about 3.5 euros per hour and the hotel is just wonderful, in the city center hotels do not have their own parking, there can be no space on the street. I was there at Christmas and it was an apocalypse in the city.

The rooms are renovated from the old time and in some aspects the details are not completed which a bit disturbed me (I used to work as an architect .:-)) Some guests were very noise in the night time (after 10:00 p.m.) which is no good when you are traveling with kids who need to sleep at that time.

The reception staff was very nice and helpful, the dinner was exceptional! :) The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast had a huge variety of the food, which was superb so everyone can pick up what they want. The location was really close to the Sparta stadium, the underground was very close - up to 9 minutes walk with kid.

Staff was speaking German and very good English. I was so glad we've been able to change money at the counter.

We travelled with our dog and the hotel was very welcoming to him. The staff are super attentive. I really recommend it.
