How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Only Thst we hss to leave... can't wait to return! Truly a wonderful experience!!
Enjoyed the ambiance of a village inn, loved my spacious and beautiful room, the breakfast was great and can't rave highly enough with the fabulous gourmet food... dishes were unique and so delicious. We enjoyed visiting the horses stabled nearby and it was so close to Prague airport but felt like we were in the peaceful country! Plan to return. The service was super! A really special delight! Loved the beautifully restored building with a winding stone staircase and gorgeous wood cupboards,,,felt so at peace tbere!

We had a little trouble finding it, but the staff was so helpful in talking to our driver and helping us find them.

Shower temperatures were a mess toilet plumbing had some issues.
Loved the grounds and visiting horses! Restaurant was very nice!

maybe bad 10 minutes esperienced at my early morning leaving : automatic gate did not work...at 05:45 a.m. none was there... i could not drive away to the airport! i had to disturb the manager Ada for having it fixed and finally leaving...
friendly people. countryside feeling ( you are into a ranch ) . quality gourmet restaurant.

Extremely friendly Lady welcomed us even though we arrived out of the opening hours in the night. She was still awake and she guided us to our room, which felt very welcoming. The room was very spacious and very well decorated with art. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Good facilities and great shower pressure. Very quiet in the night. The breakfast is made with a lot love to detail and everything you need is there. The lady gave us nice tips of what and also when to visit certain sights in Prague. It was incredibly helpful. The place is super peaceful, we woke up to singing birds and neighing horses, very idyllic and exceptionally lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend.

Nothing. Wish our stay was longer
The property was amazing! From the check in, to the parking on site, and the amenities I have no complaints. The property was beautiful and let’s not forget the restaurant. The food was probably the best food I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. Everything was fresh and so flavorful 100/10. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Prague. We will be back for sure.

Would have liked a kettle in room to make hot drinks
We ended up at this property due to a flight being cancelled and to our gain no availability at the airport . A very snowy icy evening we arrived and managed to sneak in an eve meal before it closed for the night , it was recommended we had the veal and it was divine . Our room was spacious warm and cosy . The breakfast was not fancy but everything you needed to start your day . Loved the fact the horses were so close .

The only downside was having to carry our very heavy luggage up and down lots of stairs to our room on the second floor. There’s no elevator.
A very nice hotel, close to the airport yet remarkably quiet, with no airplane noise at all. We stayed in a superior room located upstairs in the main building. The room was exceptionally clean, very spacious, and beautifully furnished with a thoughtful layout. The bed was comfortable and cozy, ensuring a restful stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The lady who checked us in and also served our food was friendly and welcoming. I would gladly return for a stay between flights.

Everything was good for us but the addition of tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been a nice addition.
Excellent location for an early morning flight. Our standard room was warm, comfortable and immaculately clean with a modern bathroom. Ideal for a one night stay. Being above the stables was a novelty and certainly not a problem at all. The staff were most friendly and helpful. As for the restaurant… wow! We had an exceptional three course dinner at a great price. I’d definitely book again.

Amazing location, nicely decorated. Spacious room and bathroom, super comfortable bed and pillows. Nice surroundings (a lot of horses) and friendly, helping staff. Really good restaurant! The food had been one of the best I ever ate (fish and beef)

We asked to receive a packed breakfast because we had to arrive at the field at 08:00, when we arrived at the dining room in the morning, we saw a very rich selection of groceries for breakfast, but we were given a very shameful quantity and selection in a box, they could definitely make an effort and provide a richer box
The room was furnished, located in a horse farm right above the stable, a very beautiful place, nice staff, good location for those wishing to fly from the airport
