We are happy to know you enjoyed your stay with us, especially the comfort of your room, our helpful staff, the rich breakfast, and the quiet yet central location. We appreciate your comment about the walk to the hotel. We try to inform our guests clearly before booking that the hotel is located on a hill, just below the Prague Castle. This unique location offers great charm and historical atmosphere, but we understand it might not be ideal for everyone—especially when walking uphill in the heat or wearing less practical shoes. For future visits, we recommend taking tram no. 22 to the top of the hill and then enjoying a pleasant walk down. That way, guests can explore comfortably without needing to climb each time. If guests arrive at the very end of breakfast time, most of the food has already been enjoyed by other guests, and our team begins removing any remaining items shortly after 10:30. You were informed by Booking.com, that city tax is paid directly at the spot.
