How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. The breakfasts were simply amazing. The location was perfect - within walking distance of all the must-see places, yet quiet and intimate. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. We had a great stay at Hotel Cube, and I highly recommend it.

This was by far one of the best stays I’ve experienced in Europe. The staff couldn’t look after us enough, so friendly and always went out of their way to accommodate us. Great breakfast as well. We will definitely make Hotel Cube our go to place to stay next time

Highly maintained, the room was fully equipped with everything you could think of. We requested a baby cot and to our surprise it was not a camping cot but a normal crib! They also added a diaper bin and a bottle warmer to the room. It’s the details that count!

I wouldn't say these are critical, but have a few. For short people like me, everything in bathroom is located quite high up - washing basin, mirror above the basin, towel hangers, etc. A/C is not so strong - especially the air-out location is at the windows, behind the curtains.
Stayed in an apartment-style room, apparently very new. Spacious and secured. Two large windows facing to the courtyard (and balconies of the other rooms). Large, clean, comfy bed and beddings. Nice to have the auto-lit light under the washing basin in the bathroom. I don't need to turn on the light (which will make my eyes blind) when I go to the loo at night. A nice training room is a big surprise (as it says none)! Large enough (many hotels have a tiny-tiny training room...) with a number of equipment. 2 or 3 modern treadmills and cycling machines each. Full sets of kettlebells and dumbbells, even a cable machine - loved it. Lovely breakfast. A bit away from the city centre and tram/metro lines, but that make my stay very quite.

The water heater wasn't work properly.

Everything was absolutely excellent! If you’re visiting Prague for the first time, I would highly recommend staying here. The location was perfect—especially convenient for us with a toddler, as everything was within easy walking distance. Thank you, Cube Hotel, for making our stay so wonderful!

Excellent hotel where to stay. Staffs are amazing. Room was unbelievable. We had everything we needed. And breakfast was delightful. There is big choice. I love this hotel and I’ll come back when I’ll go to Prague as I’m coming often to this country. Highly recommended. For me is the best choice where to stay in Prague.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! The staff were so kind and polite, they looked after us so well and always had a smile and a hello as we walked through the door. It was my friend's birthday and when I told them, they very kindly left a treat for her in the room, that we greatly appreciated. We couldn't recommend this hotel any more, it's beautiful and we will be back!

Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast . The room we stayed was very spacious with very large outdoor space with the table and chairs. Unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy the outdoor facility. The room has the large comfy bed with the work station, the couch , 2 single chairs and the coffee table.

The location was great. The staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast had a lot of choices and everything was delicious! The room was nice sized and very clean. Would definitely recommend to others. We appreciate all the help we received from Sara. She was amazing!
