Very friendly staff, super helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious, very clean, with classic stylish decoration. Spacious bathroom. Well located, close to historic heart and next to river, with several good restaurants nearby.

Marriot never disappoints! Great quality, guest services is superb and breakfast spread was impeccable! Walking distance to restaurants and pub and the town square! Unbeknownst to our arrival, we walked into the Bli Blik festival event in the city square.

The room was almost standard, not much different from what you’d find in a 3-star hotel. Because of that, it's quite expensive for what it offers. You're mostly paying for the location — but even so, it's still overpriced.

Ideal location, right at the entrance to the historic center. Professional staff who took into account the type of room we requested. Free parking was a plus. Very comfortable bed, very clean!

Unfortunately the rooms as not as soundproofed as I expected for such a hotel. And we had an experience that never happened before: during the day of our check-out, the cleaning lady woke us up at 8am just by entering the room, no knocking or anything else

You pay for the location, is right in the city center so it doesn`t get better than this. The check-in and check-out went smoothly, the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, plus the complimentary filtered water at every floor.

If there was a shower instead of a bath it would be better for us since we are adults

We came to pilsen mostly because the Christmas market.We were in a very pleasant studio apartment, the breakfast was excellent. The attitude of the staff was kind. The location of the hotel is excellent, including a parking space in the garage.

Sorry if this is not related here, but I had to report. It is important to note that I have no complaints about the hotel, but I must mention the experience I had in the city. - I was alone when I left the hotel While I was moving towards the street in the afternoon (15.12.24) I was approached by 5 young men who spoke fluent Czech (looked gypsy.) and who I am not familiar with. Suddenly one of them turned to me in Czech and asked me a question, I did not understand what he said and I answered him in English that I did not understand him and moved on. The young men began to follow me for half a kilometer, when I reached one of the corners of the city in an area where there was no one there, 2 of them tried to attack me and demanded that I immediately give them the money I had. I asked them in English what they wanted, but they continued to try to physically attack me. I didn't give them anything and luckily I'm very fast and managed to get to one of the main streets, I went into one of the open shops and told the saleswoman what had happened and asked her to call the police. The saleswoman wasn't really helpful and asked me to go directly to the nearest police station, I went to the nearest station and reported what had happened. The policeman at the station was tolerant but informed me that he couldn't do anything since I had no proof that it had happened and that the city here was safe and this was the first time he had heard of such a thing. He said that if it happened next time to take a video and call them. I managed to take one photo from a distance which was given to the police. I should mention that this is the first time I've experienced something like this in the Czech Republic and in the middle of the day in a country that is supposed to be safe. I sincerely hope that they will ensure the safety of citizens and tourists in the city.

The place is clean, I loved the room, the hotel staff is courteous and professional.
