Loved the almost untouched Eastern bloc architecture and interior. Very charming. Nice service. Solid breakfast in a great old restaurant.

The hotel itself is quite outdated. The shower was broken so we could not adjust it and the fan was very poor so it was very hot at night. The addition of AC would assist with a better rating.

It was quite clean and very close to the square.

Quite noisy street near the hotel but windows are tight.

Nice hotel in a historical building near Old Town, with a parking. Clean, elegant and comfortable apartment with spacious bathroom. Tasty breakfast.Good price. Very comfortable beds and nice bedclothes. I slept very well here.

I stayed at Hotel Continental and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore local attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, which added a warm touch to the stay. The pricing is reasonable for what you get, especially considering the central location. However, the rooms could use some improvement. While they were clean, the furnishings felt a bit dated and the overall comfort level wasn’t quite what I expected. It’s not a deal-breaker, but something to keep in mind if you're looking for a more modern or luxurious feel. In summary, Hotel Continental is a solid choice if you value location and friendly service over high-end amenities. Great for short stays or city breaks.

Shame about the roadworks near the hotel, as i sleep with open window mornings were noisy. But i have not tried if closed window would eliminate the noise completely or not.

Room was a bit small, but was enough for what i needed. we were traveling with friends/coworkers and hotel was needed only for sleeping/shower. Breakfast was good, seemed to have enough choices. Location was great. I liked having a fridge as i had bought some food as souvenir and that kept it cool until we had to travel back. Really good water pressure in the shower!!!

Reception is very small but pleasantly surprised at how nice the rest of the hotel is. Could do with bedside tables.

Superb grand building which are often not at their best these days but the rooms were very good and especially the breakfast hall with a pianist playing during breakfast. Very sizeable rooms and bathrooms.

The hotel is extremely well situated being a handful of minutes' walk from the cathedral and several restaurants. The room was a good size, bathroom fine and we appreciated being able to park the car just outside. We didn't share the positive view that some have expressed about breakfast for we did not feel that the quality of the food quite matched the high-class surroundings.

An impressive entrance hall. The building itself is beautiful and stylish. The breakfast is good, with vegetarian options available.

The room smelt of stale smoke from years of smoking and was dated, with stains on the carpet and the bathroom vent hanging off the ceiling.

The room was huge and had good sized wardrobes, bathroom toiletries and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the location was perfect.

Perfect place for a city trip to Plzen. Centrally located near the main place. Nice and cosy rooms in a charming hotel from 1895. My absolute recommendation for this city. Nice restaurants and the famous puppet museum of Plzen in walking distance. Closed parkingplace for motorbikes.
