PolandBreakfast choices were rather poor (and we came across some mouldy ham, which was immediately replaced by the stuff when informed), but I was still surprised that it was included in the price in the first place. The stuff was very nice and helpful.
I stayed in a room with 3 friends and it was comfortable, nothing to complain about. We were very surprised to find out that the breakfast was included in the price and that there's a small fridge in the room! I also liked the secluded parking space.

SlovakiaYou can pay only cash, no cards accepted. The gate into the yard is very narrow, you have to be careful not to scratch your car. We got only one hand towel per person. Wifi has terrible reception, speed is not enough for video calls or streaming. Breakfast was minimalistic.
The location is great, in a walking distance to the town centre, with some parking spaces in the yard. The place is very tidy, smelling of cleaning agents. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Czech RepublicI strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. I was given the smallest room, with a narrow bathroom that had no soap and only one small towel (which I had to request). The bed was horrible — I could feel every spring. They serve breakfast until 10 AM, but if you come at 9, you won’t get any scrambled eggs or omelette — everything is already gone. Normally, I avoid writing bad reviews, but the final experience just broke me. After checking out, I asked if I could sit in the lobby for an hour. I was told it wasn’t possible because they “had to prepare something and close the lobby — so, no.” I’ve stayed in about 15 hotels across the Czech Republic over the past three months — and this one is by far the worst.

Hotel was central and staff were friendly. It was very cheap to stay in but upon reflection I'd rather pay more and have a better quality stay. Water was hot just shame about shower head being broken. View was amazing from room.

United KingdomStaff were extremley rude and racist. On check in i was told booking.com had cancelled my booking which was lies. Then they lied about the property being full. The room i booked was not the room i got. I paid for a superior room but got a very basic room which was awful. The reception staff were very unhelpful and very rude and the manager was no better. I had booked for 3 nights but left after one night. Please dont book this place if you want to feel welcome,they only like guests with a particular look and colour of skin. I have never felt so out of place and could not wait to leave. This booking was for my partner who is from the czech republic and he was disgusted that his fellow country men treat him with a very racist attitude.

United Statesi couldn’t spend the night there because they locked the main iron gate and never gave me the keys to enter through the main gate. i checked in and got the keys. the receptionist showed me the room and then i left for my sports event immediately and let her know i’ll be late. she said she’ll b here when i come back. but when i came back at night, the main door was locked. I buzzed in several times and then called the number a few times at the number that was written by the buzzer to call but nobody answered. Like what in the world!!!!! It was a nightmare!!!! I had to drive around looked for another hotel room at night alone as a single female in Chomutov!!
