Fantastic location, right outside of main square, no issue with finding it. All main attractions of the city center within walking distance. Room was light, spacious, clean and modern, with free coffee and tea provided. Great breakfast, available at a quite wide time period (from 7 untill 10.30), no matter when I went everything was accessible with wide selection of foods and drinks.

The toilet drain of my room (201) was blocked and not draining properly. It needs maintenance and check. Iron and iron table may also be a good option.

The lady receptionist was very kind and helpful, Assisting me for early check in. Always smiling and available for help. The hotel building is small but the room was spacious, with nice small windows, minibar, tea and a spresso coffee maker. Breakfast was good although more items may be better. The location in old town was great.

If you value the window view and such be sure to ask for a room with a view that isnt the indoor alley of the street that shows nothing but walls. But its really the only not so good thing, maybe. If like us you want the hotel to rest, sleep and have breaksfast I got no complaints.

All the staff was super nice and helpfull! The location is great, you can walk anywhere, ate least we did. Even though its central we heard almost no noise from outside. And the breaksfast was perfect. Its full of good and tasty alternatives. We chose this hotel mostly because of the breakfast pictures and it did not disapoint. We recomend it!

Lovely, welcoming and helpful staff, comfortable stylish room and super shower. Everything you could wish for at breakfast and great location, just a couple of minutes or so from Charles bridge. Highly recommend.

Everything! Location is PERFECT, right in the Prague Old Town! The room was perfectly clean and had all the needed amenities, to the smallest details. Breakfast was really good and a range of foods was included: pastries, fruits, different kind of yoghurts, etc.

We love the place, the location, the breakfast was very good and well arrange, the sugar cubes make my son’s day, but most important the ladies at the reception were super helpful and kind taking care of us, offering activities, a glass of Prosecco, explaining all the services at the hotel, luggage storage, and they let us use the breakfast room in the evening before we leave, we felt very loved! Thank you very much!

The location of this hotel is excellent, the staff are friendly and very helpful, the room was a good size and I thought the bed was very comfy, a big plus after a lot walking. We had the breakfast at the hotel and the selection was great and constantly topped up. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I would certainly come back

The elevator was not working so less sporty people might have issues to reach the last floor.

We had a short and nice stay in the hotel. The location is excellent for old town site seeing. The breakfast was stunning, we were really surprised by the quality and quantity of food available. On entry we got invited for Prosecco glass. Room 3 was very modern and comfortable with a big double bed. The bathroom was equipped with a bath and all necessary goods. The minibar and safe was available in the room. All clean and ready to use. Many thanks!
