Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesBy the time we arrived, there was no parking available on site. It is not easy to find parking nearby. Also, we had the impression that there was river access from the property, but there is none. It's also not exactly "park"-like. Maybe I didn't read the description carefully enough?
It's a nice walk into town. Breakfast was fine but nothing special. The room was clean. It was fine for one night, and Cesky-Krumlov is definitely worth seeing!

The hotel is not far from town and have car park for guest. The room and bathroom are quite big. The staff is helpful and breakfast is fantastic.

Location is outside the old town but if you like walking you'll like the place. Parking is in front of your room door. A half an hour stroll through a wonderful park along the river Vltava and you are in the old town which is a must to see. The room has a small kitchen with an induction plate, microwave and fridge and a supermarket just a few steps away so what else would you need.

Great value for money. Apartment No. 3 is with nice furniture and big bathroom. Clean, good location, close to the city center, good breakfast. Very pleasant personnel, rooms well equiped. Parking in front of the door. Few minutes walk from the old town. (Some say it is 5-10 minutes, it is rather 15+..)
