It is on the 4th floor, with nine flights of stone steps from the front door, with no lift - so could be a problem for anyone with heavy luggage or reduced mobility. Inside the flat there is also a very high step between the living room and the bathroom/bedroom area - again, potentially a problem for anyone with mobility issues. Rather thin curtains, and no way to black-out the bedroom, which is lit by a skylight, potentially a problem for light sleepers during short summer nights.

Perfect location, on the edge of the Old Town, and a short walk from many sights, and with some excellent restaurants nearby. It is also close to the Metro from the airport, and a couple of good small supermarkets. Lovely pre-1914 building, spacious, with a very well-equipped kitchen. Very efficient organisation for check-in and check-out.

Tanya and Oleg were very friendly and hospitable, always available if we had any questions. Each of us (4 girls) found a cozy space in this spacious apartment — it felt like home right away. The flat had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, just a 20-minute walk from the train station, with everything nearby to enjoy the charm of the old town. Highly recommend!

Our apartment was on the 4th floor, so probably not the best if you have a lot of luggage or can't climb the stairs. The kitchen had very basic stuff, if you are planning to cook it doesn't have much.

The beds were very comfortable and clean. Smart TV was great for the kids. The location was very convenient to major attractions, close to the market.

It does state there are no lifts, which we were aware of. Our apartment was on the top floor, which meant walking up & down 8 flights of stairs every time we went out. All good exercise!!

The apartment is in a prime location, less than 5 minutes walk to old town square and is situated behind the designer shops. Clear instructions on how to check in and check out. Very helpful hosts. There was plenty of space for 4 of us on the top floor apartment and reasonably priced. Our hairdryer stopped working & was replaced promptly. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The apartment was really great, it's just huge! The location is perfect - right in the center. The apartment had everything we needed. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, which might be relevant for people with limited mobility. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The hosts were always available and ready to help.

Bedsheets had a humidity odour, all installations functional but still bathrooms and kitchen rather old and strange separation of rooms with patchwork of various materials.

The building wise it’s closed to everything, apartments wise for me since I travel with luggage ( small one ) it’s kinda trouble for me since the room was placed at 4th floor the the building itself don’t have an elevator. If you are a bag backer traveler it’s perfect but Is you are a traveler that brings massive luggages special Asian like me it’s kinda hard to bring the luggages. It’s he only thing that bothers me . But it was nice stay z

The location of the building is closed to everything, name it , Transportation, shopping, attractions and grocery. It’s accessible to all. Apartment wise it’s clean and nice . Staff are very accommodating.

We stayed two nights with our family of 4 in the apartment on the last floor with mansard window in the bedroom. Very nice owners, in touch evey time we needed. Clean and calm place, easy to find and just several minutes walking to the main square. We arrived late, owners assisted us to park in the private garage, and it was great to have a coffee in the apartment: a coffee machine was kindly filled with coffee beans in advance. Great place for staying in downtown with family.

The apartment location is top! All turistic attractions are just a couple minutes away, but you are still on a quiet street, so you can open all windows and won't be bothered by the noise. The staff is super friendly, and I love how well prepared they are: they sent all info in advance with clear explanations about the location, how to get there and the apartment amenities. The apartment has everything that you might need for your stay, with a fully equiped kitchen, towels, toiletries, etc. The place was also way bigger than expected: we were only 2 people (and a dog), but even if you are 4 people in there, you will still be super comfortable. Overall we had a great experience. We go to Prag once or twice a year, so we are looking forward to stay with them again!

Fantastic! Nice, clean place. Big bedroom with balcony. Kitchen with everything you need, coffee maker with coffee :) Quiet place. 200m to the central sqare with mecanical clock in Praha. Great hosts!!! - very very helpful, great and quick communication. Everything very well decribed - how to get to the apartement. No problem with parking nearby - very good assistance (in city parking zone/street, 21 euro/24h, paid online). Good restaurant downstairs. Everything was super fine :)
