In this kind of hotels (5 stars and remote) they must serve excellent breakfast specially since it is included in the rate. Honestly.. This point is very critical for me and will probably make me think about not re-visit again..

IsraelThe spa treatment was the best. Haven’t been so relaxed in over a year. The attention to details was amazing, from amenities in the powder room to reading glasses in the bistro. The service was superb across all departments, from the front desk to the restaurant. The hotel itself and the surrounding gardens are beautiful. It was truly a blessed escape from reality.

The food at the restaurant is excellent and the room clean and comfortable. A special treat was the beautiful Christmas decorations and festive spaces.

FranceCareful about additional charges you are not informed about, such as an extra charge for additional hot drinks during breakfast. One is free, the rest you pay for. Also, careful with late cancellation of treatments, you'll have to pay for them a minimum of 50% even if you change them and still do them.
This place is magical. A beautiful tranquil retreat place where you can completely disconnect from the world and get lost in the beautiful nature, property, cafe. The breakfast was amazing, such a great selection I haven't seen for a while. Great amenities for children. All staff was very polite and helpful.

UkraineIt would be good to have sun unbrellas near the lake, as there are just 2 and they are not giving shade to the sunbeds. Also the cover for sunbeds was not available on all the sunbeds and it was not clear where to take them.
Amazing place, great ambiance, garden, little swimming lake, very good restaurant, luxury as it is. Also liked SPA a lot, would like to come back.

GermanyWe were asked about dietary preferences before checkin which sounded promissing. I explained that I'm vegan, but neither the breakfast Buffet nor the Menu offered interesting vegan options. Im used to that so I decided to eat dairy products during the stay. But the Dinner options were worse. Almost every dish was meat based and no milk free options. The Kirchen was very flexible though and able to replace the meat with Tofu. But I knew were this was heading and I'm not a fan of simply suplementing meat with Tofu to achieve a sophisticated vegan cusine. Therefore we chose to eat outside. I think this is an aspect that could be Improved. Offering environment al friendly diet options could also go nicely with the philosophy of the chateau.
Very lovely place with a lot of love to detail. The scenery is fantastic and the view from the property amazing. The staff is very thoughtful and nice. The service is perfect and the available facilities satisfy every demand.

South AfricaThese are very minor but worth mentioning as areas for improvement. The housekeeping service did not clear used glasses from the room on a daily basis or replenish bottled water. There is no turndown service.
We spent 2 nights at the chateaux and it was a fantastic experience. Friendly helpful staff from bringing to end, a special mention to Natalie at the restaurant who was excellent. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and the general areas and grounds are beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. The restaurant menu whilst not huge was sufficient enough to try something new at each sitting and the presentation and quality was excellent. The wine list is huge with an excellent local and international selection. We did not try the hot breakfast options as the buffet was so comprehensive and of such good quality we did not need to. There was a corporate event on during our first night and that was well managed and separated from the regular guests. Something we appreciated. Water pressure and temperature in bathroom’s is something of a pet peeve and both were excellent.

Czech RepublicThe chateau was so beautiful and decorated nicely into the details. It was like going back in time but nothing outdated and in a very good state. The service was exceptional and the staff really wanted to make you feel welcome and looked after. We had wellness and treatments booked beforehand and it was one of the best massages I had in a long time. They also gave some free samples to try after the treatment. I would recommend the Mcely bath of love for a relaxing romantic experience. My skin was super soft afterwards! The food in the restaurant was also delicious.

Czech RepublicUnfortunately, the restaurant was a huge disappointment. Even though the quality of the food itself was very good as it is obvious high quality ingredients are being used, the issue is in the overall concept of the restaurant and mainly the attitude of the staff. The à la carte menu selection is by no means special, the courses are comparable to other 5 star hotels and fine dining restaurants. However, the staff managed to present the food as if we were in a 3 Michelin star restaurant; unfortunately, the waiter lacked the necessary manners (and the courses the necessary level). The waiter completely failed to recognized he is making us uncomfortable by presenting the courses in a very extensive way, which was borderline ridiculous and by no means appropriate for a high-end restaurant. Furthermore, the waiter managed to insult us by asking us whether we know what an amuse-bouche is, even though we were clearly not confused by the course whatsoever. I do not appreciate being lectured on the very basics of dining during my dinner. The theatrics performed by the staff are overdone for what the restaurant actually is. Not to mention the lunch and the dinner menu are the same so the selection is quite poor. We will not be staying here again simply because the experience at the restaurant was so unpleasant.
The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The chateau is nicely renovated and furnished in a very elegant classical style. We enjoyed the natural swimming lake very much.
