Dear friends, thank you very much for your visit. We are delighted that you were charmed by your beautiful room, enjoyed relaxing in our pleasant wellness centre with pool, whirlpool, saunas and fitness area, and that you appreciated your dinner at our Château Restaurant. We are sorry if the breakfast did not entirely meet your personal taste. We are confident that we offer a rich and varied breakfast selection, including different types of cold cuts, cheeses, pastries, cakes, yoghurts, eggs, sausages, bacon, muesli, fresh fruit and vegetables. Smoked salmon is also part of the buffet. In addition, our breakfast includes both hot and cold drinks – Lavazza coffee, the world-famous Italian premium brand, a selection of teas, and a variety of Granini juices. Hello, dear friends, We sincerely thank you for your visit and are very pleased to hear that you were mostly satisfied with your stay. The opening hours of our wellness center are as follows: on Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and from Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Our saunas are generally used by fewer guests, but upon request, we are happy to turn on the saunas outside the regular operating hours (4:00 PM to 8:00 PM). Experience shows that these times are suitable for 99 percent of our guests. It´s a pity that you didn´t reach out to the reception with your request during your stay. We are delighted that you enjoyed the comfort of our rooms and the peaceful, green surroundings of the hotel. We also appreciate your feedback regarding our wellness center. We apologize if the water temperature in the pool did not meet your preferences. Our beautiful pool, measuring 14 x 6 meters and offering panoramic views of the chateau park, is designed as a swimming pool. The water temperature of 29 degrees Celsius is, in our opinion, the most suitable for this activity. We understand that preferences can vary, especially if you are accustomed to higher temperatures in relaxation pools. As an alternative, we offer a whirlpool with warmer water next to the pool, which is perfect for relaxation. Regarding the restaurant, we are very sorry that the food did not meet your expectations and that you felt the staff was not sufficiently qualified. We believe, however, that our staff is well-equipped linguistically to serve guests in English and German. Nevertheless, we take this feedback seriously and will work on improving both the quality of our services and the language skills of our team. Our guests typically familiarize themselves with the location of our hotel when selecting their accommodation. They choose our hotel precisely for its tranquil setting in beautiful and pristine nature. Once here, they enjoy our lovely wellness center, which includes a pool, whirlpool, saunas, and fitness area, or indulge in other services such as massages or beauty treatments. The surrounding area offers countless opportunities for excursions to cultural landmarks and, in the summer months, various sports activities, including golf, cycling, and walking. For example, the romantic train journey from our hotel takes just 11 minutes to reach the pedestrian zone in Karlovy Vary! We would like to remind you that the terms and conditions for reservations with pets were communicated to you in advance. In our hotel, accommodation with pets (up to a maximum of 13 kg) is only possible in ground-floor rooms. This policy is primarily aimed at ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of all our guests, including those traveling without pets, who might be disturbed by barking. On the ground floor, we offer DELUXE rooms and DELUXE rooms with balconies. Our hotel has two floors and no elevator; the rooms and staircases are carpeted. We warmly welcome guests with pets, but for practical and operational reasons, we have decided to implement these rules. Our wellness center is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, and from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM from Sunday to Thursday. Based on the experience and requests of our guests, we have evaluated the most suitable operating hours of the sauna as 16:00-20:00. This is about both the comfort of our guests and energy efficiency. And this information is available on the booking website. Regarding the pet policy, we believe that there must have been a misunderstanding or a language barrier. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We are sorry that we did not completely meet your tastes at breakfast. However, we believe we offer a wide and varied breakfast range, including eggs, cold cuts, cheese, pastries, cakes, fruit, vegetables, cereals, yoghurt and even smoked salmon, for example.
