I wish it was possible to pay by card for the stay - carrying a substantial amount of cash during the holiday made me uneasy.

Great location for hiking in the Czech Switzerland area. Quiet, interesting place with a pretty park around. It was fun playing the mini-golf, watching the parrots and fish, our son had a good time at the playground. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub, too. We probably should have chosen a bigger room for the three of us, but it was good value for the money nevertheless. Breakfast was very good and in the afternoon the restaurant meals were excellent. Very enjoyable and relaxing stay altogether.

There is quite some walking to get to the top floor apartment due to unusual arrangement of staircases and lack of a working elevator.

Very charming hotel, a little bit off the beaten path, perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. The place is very cosily renovated with an artistic vibe. Facilities are clean and all was working perfectly. There is a restaurant on site. The owners were around and very helpful - they do a great job taking care of the place.

Beautiful property with an interesting history; very well located as a base for some of the great hiking in the area; very friendly staff keen to help and ensure a lovely stay. Lovely effort put into the gardens, fantastic play area for young children.

The dinner was also good but the restaurant closes at 8pm, which is early in my point of view.

Very kind and helpful staff. Unfortunately we arrived later than the check-in time, but it was no problem. Comfortable beds and clean room. Nice balconies and garden. Tasty breakfast for a decent price.

There is mini golf, table tennis, and an indoor pool, but we didn’t use any of those because there was an additional fee.

Great for famlies. Each room comfortably accommodates 2 adults and one kid. We had two rooms side by side. Proprietress is lovely and very helpful. The grounds are beautiful and our three kids loved the playground. The onsite restaurant is very good, but closes at 8 and has limited seating, so consider reserving in the morning. We were happy with our stay.

Bynovecký Zámeček is a charming hospitable historic country house hotel within its own large, attractive and well cared-for grounds. It is a great base for exploring the area, from nearby town of Děčín to the treasures of Bohemian Switzerland and beyond. We enjoyed comfortable and stylish spaces inside and outside, in the evenings and on a day of rest. The restaurant with friendly staff offered lovely breakfast, dinner, and drinks, including local wine and draught beer. Our room was stylish, spacious and comfortable, and included a kitchenette with a refrigerator. We will be recommending Bynovecký Zámeček to our friends and family!

The hotel and the area are nice and everything is very clean. We liked our room and it was a fair price for a room with small kitchenette and bathroom. The restaurant is nice and the food is also good. Staff is friendly overall. We were provided with leaflets and brochures about the area which were very helpful :) At the hotel, everyone speaks English or even German but the Homepage is only in Tscheque. You might consider a translation for your guests. Also for non Tscheque speakers, the name is extremely hard to type into a navigation system since the letters are so different to other languages. Taking a cash deposit and distributing it the last morning ist very old school, you have the credit card details via booking.com, why not rely on their service?

Our three day stay at Bynovecký Zámeček was fantastic. The place is a former castle which has recently been renovated in a very nice and tasteful way. Our room was furnished and decorated with style. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. There is a fantastic park-like garden which can be used by the guests and which includes among others a playground, minigolf, fountains, a small pond, areas to sit, table tennis etc.. A gym and a wellness area are also available to guests, which we, however, did not use. Of note, the nearby town is very cosy and friendly. Bynovecký Zámeček is located close to the ”Bohemian Switzerland National Park” as well as the town Děčín. We can absolutely recommend this place.

It was missing a coffee maker.

Amazing hosts, who were doing their best to reach our expectations. Warm welcome, very neat venue, it was cool during very hot days, due to thick walls of the castle. Every morning we had a beautiful concert of birds, what made our stay truly relaxing. We played outdoor table tennis in the evenings, which was in the huge well-maintained garden. The stay exceeded our expectations!

I can't find anything I didn't like.

The property is located in a dreamland. It's a very quiet area where you can relax and enjoy your vacation. The hosts are very kind and they did their best to make us feel comfortable. The property has a large garden, a small lake, mini-golf court and a playground for kids. the apartment is quite big, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a breakfast or dinner: toaster, microwave, electric stove, dishes and so on. Everything is clean and welcoming.

There is moisture in the room on the first floor so we needed to use heating to minimize it.

The place is so beautiful, the garden with all roses, paths and sculptures is absolutely amazing. There is a grill area, the place for kids to play. We had a dinner in the balcony with the view. The mansion is a peaceful place in the countryside. The beds were comfy, we found everything we needed in the kitchen. The host was ready to help every time we needed.

The restaurant doesn’t work till high season. No grocery stores nearby, the road to Decin through Kamen is closed(till Sep 2023), you have to drive extra ~20km, which is very inconvenient.

Unfotunately, Wi-Fi quality was below the par, and requires improvement. It almost didn't work in both rooms we were living (#5 and #7) most of the time. To get slow and weak connection I had to put a chair close to the door of the room; kids of friends had to sit in the hall sometimes. Yes, I understand that walls are really thick, however, internet repeaters are quite cheap now, and not difficult to install. Access Points in each room could be also a solution. Also, there could be something is on provider side to troubleshoot. To summarize, its not something I can expect from Wi-Fi in 2023, better to say there is no Wi-Fi there. So, until fixed, please either ensure you have enough mobile internet with you, or (better) spend few days without the Net at all.

Location is really great, a lot of hiking routes are 10-30 minutes by car. A lot of options for runners training, starting from Zámeček. Please note, that for most routes you will get visible elevation. The place is very quiet, Bynovecký Zámeček is on the outskirts. Big territory, own parking. Rooms are big, equipped with everything we required. Beds were very good, medium hardness. Each room has its own hot water heater. You can also set up heating as you need for your comfort. Windows are very high, a lot of light comes in. For kids there is a nice playground, and for grown-ups - bbq pavilion. There are few restaurants in near villages. There is a specifics that you need to drive to get to the supermarket, better to go straight to Děčín then. There is a bus stop just 100 meters, but we didn't use it. For those who come by car to Saxon Switzerland or Czech Switzerland - Bynovecký Zámeček is a very good option.
