Sound isolation from the inside walking corridor wasn’t great and we heard every closed door and the people traffic there in general.

The mattresses were too soft in my opinion and soundproofing is not the best - the noise from the corridor and other rooms' bathrooms can disturb light sleepers. Also it's a bit pricey to stay there during Brutal Assault festival.

Check-in process was very easy to go through. There's a lot of space in front of the hotel so the passenger drop-off and pick-up is smooth. There were a few good options to choose from for breakfast and everything was really tasty. Room was cozy and adequate for two people. Shopping mall is not far from there, takes around 10 mins on foot to reach it.

The communication was on point, every question was answered promptly, and in general the staff were very accommodating The room was nice, looked brand new, and it has everything a person might need: a working kitchenette, plenty of power outlets (even right by the bed), enough space for two people to feel comfortable, toiletries and towels. Definitely it would be good to add any dek to the room to let guests work on laptop, etc. Breakfast is in the same building, however you need to go outside at first.

Everything fine, in accordance with general expectations. Contactless check-in doesn't mean there is no contact with Hotel Manager, who responds smoothly in case of any questions. Spacy room with comfortable beds, clean and relatively silent. Parking included in the price. Very nice and helpful lady in the restaurant :)

really in a bad location, you have to taxi to basically go anywhere - maybe some buses, walk to the mall is like 15-20 min - which isn't so bad but when its super hot. but this isn't that big of a deal, the value is much higher

Although the directions to the hotel were clear, the fact that the word "Mezi" was not included in the name of the hotel was confusing. Therefore, we did not immediately find the hotel, because we searched for the name "Hotel Mezi švy".

The hotel was very new. Everything was very clean, stylish and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable, as were the blankets and pillows. The shower gel and hand soap were of very high quality. The breakfast was rich and delicious. And the hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming.

A/C in the small room is hard to use effectively w/o affecting comfort. Breakfast was nice, but takes way too much time to be served despite the Cafe being very small with only a few tables and guests. A la carte menu with only 3 options. For similar price you get a full buffet. Entering the parking lot is not easy if arriving after 6pm on the first day, the access card is locked at the hotel entrance, so you have to leave the car in front of the gate, pick up the cards and use it to enter.

The hotel as well as the room was perfectly clean, the bed was very comfy. It has only 7 rooms, contactless check-in, entrance, ...

- location in a rather suburban area outside the city center without lots of infrastructure (such as restaurants) closeby - even if this wasn't an issue for me (since I had a car), it's good to be aware of it - the air condition had problems and stopped repeatedly - despite lots of effort from the staff it never got fully solved - given the location and the standard room features (nothing especially luxurious or special), the pricing was a bit too expensive

+ very friendly contact - with fast replies through WhatsApp and friendly communication at breakfast in the mornings + modern and clean room + easy check-in through a code for a keybox + good quality breakfast from 7 am onwards, prepared on order in the small cafe next to the hotel (i.e. no buffet and some waiting time)

It is a bit pricey, but it is definitely worth it.

The breakfast was simply amazing, I have never experienced something of such quality included in the price. The design of the interior is very modern and comfortable at the same time. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
