Some of the parts of the botel (bathroom, corridors) remind you of the fact that the botel is rather old and has seen some better days.

Very good location, close to the city centre. Interesting kind of accomodation - you don't sleep "on the water" every day. Nice view of Vyšehrad from the restaurant where breakfast is served. Very nice terrace on the top deck. Very very helpful staff: the receptionist Lourdes went out of her ways to help us when we arrived to the hotel earlier because of a wedding and needed to iron our clothes and get changed.

Unique experience, though the décor felt dated and the bathroom was tight. It’s a quick metro ride to the center, but not walk-out-the-door central.

Stayed as a family of three (my husband, our teenage daughter, and me) and loved the novelty of sleeping on a boat. Gorgeous river views, super easy walk to Smíchovské nádraží for metro/trams, and friendly staff. Rooms are compact but comfy, and the value for Prague is hard to beat.

It was a nice experience. The kids loved it! Great view from the terrace. We were leaving before breakfast time so we got a nice breakfast package to go.

The children's beds were uncomfortable. The room did not have coffee making facilities and/or glasses for water.

The location was fabulous. Close to tram and metro links. Waking up to the wildlife out of the window and a wonderful view from the room windows. Air conditioning was good and much needed. The breakfast offering was varied.

Humidity, but we came during a rainy days. The restaurant was open only for breakfast and terrace was open without service.

The room was comfortable. Aircon did help. Excellent breakfast and friendly service.

We couldn’t keep our windows open because there were lots of spiders outside the window. Also, some staff didn’t speak Czech and we saw them steal butter in the morning.

The location and breakfast were excellent. Bed was comfortable. Rooms were pretty good size for our family of three. View of Vyšehrad was amazing. Walking distance to metro, shops and restaurants. Check-in staff was professional.

The room has no sound insulation, you hear every word and sneeze from the neighbours. The beds have no light next to them. The shower sink is blocked and overflows to the floor after 5 mins.

Excellent breakfast, and the staff gave me a kettle when I asked for it.

There was some confusion while checking in and we were given s smaller room that booked. One night there was a party on the roof with loud music until half eleven. Not cool if you want your children to sleep.

Their staff were so polite and friendly. The location was good( about 3 min walking to trams and buses), with trams around 15 min to center. Breakfast was perfect. The atmosphere was good and calm. Only our room was small size. In general was a good choice

There was a party in the restaurant which was no problem, until people/children running on the deck which is the roof of the cabin. The party was finished by midnight.

Check in was very easy, reception very helpful. Our room was spacious for 3 people. Access from the airport very easy on public transport. Seeing the sights easily to access via the nearby public transport. There were restaurants and fast food places within very short walking distance.

Although the hotel is not so near the Prague central area, there are many options of transport in the surrounding area, like a tram station and a metro station. I consider the location very convenient, and there was no problem for me to reach several parts of the city taking the hotel as the starting point. The installations are clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. Besides the charming view of the river from my room’s windows, I spent pleasant nights there, since the rooms are quiet and silent. The breakfast, served on the boat’s upper deck, was well-prepared and tasteful, with many options to choose from. The staff’s attention was always kind and professional, not only for the regular needs they attend, but also for the sharp information about the city they provided me. I consider Botel Vodnik as na excelente option in Prague.

This is a boat. Built of steel and having ship windows and some smells (not terrible). This limits the comfort. The location is not in the nicest part of the city. I was also not lucky with the view.

This is a boat. It is on the river with a view on the fort (if you are lucky). Relatively cheap with nice service.
