The only downside was that the shower holder was quite low on the wall but this wasn't really a big deal. I'd give this place a solid 9 out of 10.

I stayed here with 2 friends in a triple room. The location is good with quick tram links into the centre but we just walked. This took around 40 minutes. The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. Especially the gentleman who was working reception on our first day. He was very nice and pointed us in the direction of the nearest shops, tram stops etc. The rooms were very clean and kept clean regularly. Facilities were everything that you'd need and were similarly clean. Room came with provided coffee, tea and water. There was a fridge and a TV. For the price you pay this hotel is great and I'll definitely be returning.

Description 250m from Prague Conference Center is not true (if you are not 🦅!). You have to climb up like 200 steps from deep valley making 15 minutes intensive effort during walk (but it's good for the heart, if you have good one). Other things are ok, personel nice, comfortable bed, but room had no electric kettle 😫 (of course in Prague 🍺 is the most common drink, but sometimes you want 🍵 or ☕) 😅

The washroom is not attached to the room, it has separate key, separate places.

It's located under a huge bridge, next to the tram line and there is a bar in the same building, so it was noisy sometimes. Beds are not very comfortable.

Looks exactly like in the pictures. It's really clean inside, room is cleaned up every day. The staff is very kind and helpful. Good quality for good price.

Stairs, small bathroom, neighborhood not the best

Centrally located enough and well connected to public transportation. Value for the money was good and the staff was very nice.

Reception and entry stairs give "bit wierd" image when entered, too many/long check in formalities and strange "leave the key at reception" formula

Location towards City Center, well refurbished room and toilet, very comfortable bads and relatively easy way to find public parking

The staff was caring. I had little interaction d/t my isolation, but when I needed something, it happened.

Unusual situation. Tested positive for COVID and needed to isolate x 5 days. Despite being told on the day I tested positive that I could extend my stay, the Hotel Union forced me to leave at 11:00 on 10-10, my original departure date. I needed to stay in Prague several more days to isolate, and Beta Pension took me in immediately. They did everything they could to accommodate me.

It could’ve been closer to the city and it’s right by the train tracks which could be loud at times

It was a small room but great for a place to relax at the end of a long day of exploring Prague. It had a great staff and everything was kept up throughout our trip!

The entrance to the pension is not inviting. The improvised reception desk looks more like a studio apartment from a communist block of flats. It looks just shabby and grim

Very good localisation, right next to a tram stop and quite close to the centre and a supermarket even on foot. The room itself was very clean and of high quality, considering the price. Don’t get discouraged by the outside of the building, because the inside is really good!

Bathroom was very small there were some workers repairing the building from outside, so I could open the window.

The room size was okay we had a wardrobe we can hang our clothes on. It was quite just another room that was booked on the floor. The station made our stay easier to navigate from one place to another. The local transportation is very good especially the tram.

It was pretty expensive, we paid 120e for 1 night (3 guests)

Kind staff, helped us a lot to find a parking spot since we didn't reserve it on time in hostel. Location is perfect, good public transport connections.

The exterior bathroom was at first an unfortunate surprise but for one night was not a problem. Apart from that, you could say that it's not that close to the city center if you want to walk. Other than that, great stay.

The staff is really helpful, the room was clean and neat. We've got an exterior bathroom, but it was clean and we've got no problems with other guests since we've got a key to lock the bathroom. All in all, it was a good experience. We also could leave our luggage at the reception.

The two twin beds were very close together and tightly packed in but we can’t really complain for the price!

Good location in Prague 2, with easy access to the city centre by tram no. 18. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, hot water most of the time, good Wi-Fi and friendly and helpful staff! Around the corner is a great and very affordable place for breakfast called BBC Praha!

A bit far from the center, but tram is not far. The entry door is opened by the receptionist. I didn’t have any problem with that, because there was always someone and we immediately were going inside. They came to “clean” our rooms in the morning, but they neither added new soaps, nor changed any towels.

It was a nice clean room. Very friendly staff.
