This pittoresque city is a MUST DO! and this 4 star property is giving the service at the level of à 5 star. I was impressed by the attention, the level of detail, the care of the personal… thé stay was just AMAZING! This is also the best located if we come by car to access the hôtel. The receptionist is the best ☺️

The entire staff were so warm and welcoming. Louie was particularly kind and helpful throughout. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms spotless, the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Our favourite hotel on our two tour around Eastern Europe. We would love to go back.

Perfect hotel in such a beautiful town. The receptionists are greatly professional, and Ms. Louie is very friendly and indeed cares a lot about the guests. The hotel looks great with a traditional decoration style and the shower lotion and the shampoo are in L'OCCITANE! The streat view is marvelous and the breakfast place is very unique. I will definitely visit here again next time!

Lovely hotel just on outskirts of the old town and super close to the castle (2min walk). We stayed across 2 rooms with 2 teenage children. The hotel is all about luxury and daily buffet breakfast totally worth it. The staff at reception were so polite and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.
