a really nice hotel in the heart of Prague, it's abut a 5 mins walk from Andel, from where it is excellently connected to the rest of Prague via Tram and Metro, internet is strong, rooms are very quiet and nice, staff is very professional and friendly, great place

The breakfast tables were no cleaned when I went for breakfast. There was someone cleaning them, but I understand that due to influx of people it was difficult to manage to do it all at once.

A clean fresh-smelling room. Bathroom with the tub was great and overall coziness and privacy. The receptionist at the check-out was super nice!!

The location is really not convenient to much. There are public transport lines available, but for those of us who prefer to get around on foot, it's really out of the way compared to other options. I wouldn't stay again for this reason.

I had a wonderful stay at Occidental Praha Five. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, equipped with all the essential amenities. The internet was fast and reliable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and I truly looked forward to it each morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague. Thank you, Occidental Praha Five, for the excellent service. I truly enjoyed my time in this beautiful city.

Soundproofing was not very good. I could hear people getting off the elevator, talking and also the shower from the room next to mine. Which is the main reason i am not rating 9/

Very clean room with very good facilities. Breakfast was also very good with many options to suit all dietary choices. Hotel is 5 min walk away from bus station, metro and tram. 15 min walk to train station. 5 min walk to Albert supermarket. Also a few places to eat within short walking distance.

Not a problem to me, but if you expect to have dinner around there are not too many options. In the hotel the are some good options, in case you need.

The room was great! Very clean, comfortable bed and pillows, clean tub and with a good light. Breakfast was good, with different options. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is also good, in a very peaceful part of the city, so perfect to rest, but no too far away from the main sightseeings.

Property is located right opposite building grounds of new residential block in Andel. So if you are not lucky enough to get a room with garden view, you will observe construction from your window.

Always enjoy my stay in Occidental while I am in Prague. Nice and modern hotel with friendly staff. What I love the most are comfortable beds, cozy bathrooms and great selection of food for breakfast.

The hotel was placed absolutely near the public transportations and also the wider area was peaceful with no city noise. The hotel was a real 4 star, with a perfect breakfast and dinner buffet. Also the use of gym was for free. Furthermore the rooms where more than comfortable, very clean and big enough.
