Very, very crowded place (but apparently it's so popular). Room could be a bit more spacious. Many rooms have the windows overlooking the inner yard (with glass roof). I am not sure if keeping some exotic animals (lizard? monkeys, turtles, snakes) in the cages (we saw those while going to the restaurant) is quite fine nowadays? - We are not visitng zoo... but maybe I am being picky...

Polite and helpful staff, parking available near the hotel (I didn't use the underground one), breakfast ok. A lot of amenities (aquapark, funpark, iqlandia, iqpark) were included in the price of my stay. It's however worth checking in advance what is actually included; there are many, many entertainment places in the complex. I can say- IQlandia is fantastic, you can spend there whole day and won't be bored.

The bed was not as comfortable as expected, and the room lacked air conditioning, which made it a bit uncomfortable.

The Spa was fantastic, offering multiple wellness options in a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was superb, with plenty of fresh and delicious options to choose from. The Aquapark was fun and well-maintained, ideal for both adults and kids. The room was spacious and clean.

Employees working at the front desk On Sunday morning, June 9, 2024, a male employee is there at the front desk. He pulls faces every time we ask for anything, which is unacceptable and terrible for the Hotel Guest. I prefer to advise my friends not to interact with the guy receptionist. I had a terrible experience at the Nostalgia restaurant; the staff management was unpolite and they provided the wrong food. I would rather never go back to the eatery. If I had to rate it, I would give it a -10.

The facility is excellent value for the money. Everything you need to have a good day and stay is on the property. I'm glad I came and I'm excited to come back.

Lounge Bar is too loud with kids playing around. There should be another bar with less lighting and noise. Garage Parking is very narrow and expensive.

All the parks are fantastic. We loved Aqua Park, Fun Park and iQPark. Staff are very friendly. They have decorated the room with Birthday wishes and roses and balloons without additional charges.

- too warm in the room, lack of fresh air - too cold water in the swimming pool - we were lost every time in the corridors of the hotel, every lift going to different places - you have to pay extra for parking - poor sauna area

- really big comfortable room, big beds - clean bathroom and the room - small fridge in the room, bottle of water in the room - location of the room, with a view on the middle part of the hotel - rich and fresh breakfast - beautiful swimming pool, especially the caves, laser show was also cool - iqlandia science center across the street, 4 floors of fun, you can also eat there in a restaurant with home made food - beautiful mini zoo - great playground for smaller kids - good places in a hotel to get a drink or dinner, we enjoyed Italian restaurant there.

-Can not think of negatives, this is such a children walhalla!!! Maybe a negative that it smelled a bit like urine in the showers of the aquapark & the hotel is a bit pricey if you book a family room (but totally worth it! Your kids will have the best time ever)

+never seen something like this. This is a combination between a hotel, Disneyland and kids corners. Wauw!!! Visit all the attractions like Funpark (also lovely for babies), lunapark (more suitable for 2/3+), aquapark or “just” have fun in the kids corner in the kids club +the room was very spacious and clean +very nice breakfast, with lots of variety (oatmeal’s, fruit, eggs, cakes, sausages, breads etc). Also very nice other restaurants (like the traditional Czech one! Or the Italian one with also a kids corner)

We booked a wellness room but eventually were not given the room in the wellness section. That meant we had to walk to the wellness for like 15 minutes each time across the entire complex, which was very unpleasant. The hotel was crowded and the staff not very kind. The reception was overcrowded and we had to wait for a long time. Also you have to pay extra for every wellness item (bathrobe, slippers…).

Czeck customs and language were confusing to us, as Americans, but we kept saying "when in Liberec..." and just went with the flow of things.

This pool area is AMAZING. We are vacationing with our adult son to see some of the strangest theme parks in Europe, and this was a real highlight! The vision, the architectural choices, and unique steampunk touches were whimsical, fun, and a grand adventure. The building itself is rebuilt from the site of an abandoned Soviet-era textile factory, which was fascinating for us. There are about 20 different elevator shafts, and they all go to different, seemingly random floors. We got lost a number of times, and loved every minute of it. If you're a fan of liminal spaces and bizarre revisionist architecture, this is definitely the place for you. The breakfast and dinner buffets were magnificent, and very reasonably priced.

It is a huge hotel. It takes appr. 10 minutes to go from one end to another. The discription of the location of the rooms and other facilities could have been much, much better. It took us appr. 10-15 minutes to find our room. The personal in the reception looks that they hate you. If you can a few word in Czech it will get much better! We were staying there because of the World Champ. in Dance and the the room we have originally got had a low ceiling just above the bed. Fortunately, we could change it to a better and bigger one. The bed was good (two separate beds close to each other) but VERY HARD. It is difficult to open the doors to the hotel if you are carying the luggage. No one will help you with that

Overall this is an OK hotel, but it depends on why are you staing there. We stayed there because of the World Champ. in Dance and it was comfortable to stay on the same spot that the competition took place. There were also a lot of facilities to have fun, so if you are there to use the aqualand, bowling and so on (a lot of activities) it is great place. There are two restaurangs as well, but the Nostalgia (nice Italian food) was almost all the time fully booked because of the World Champ. If you are just looking for a nice hotel to stay - choose another one. The breakfast is good. The personal is lacking of experience but they will learn eventually. The lobby bar is very cozy (we spent a lot of time there) and the personal, who is working there , are very nice and helpfull. Thank you!!! The cleaning stuff were nice and polite, and did not disturb at all. The room was very clean when we arrived. Nice bathroom and the room was nice too, but it was one of the better ones they have. The building that the hotel is situated is very nice from the outside and have some very nice spots inside as well.
