How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

I specially asked about private parking as I was driving from far and the hotel said they have private parking spaces. However I ended up parking on the street, paying for the parking until 8am, so I had to leave the hotel and run in the morning to my car.

I didn’t feel very welcomed at the reception. The breakfast could be more varied.
A nice and comfortable room with modern amenities and cozy beds. Free street parking is available nearby during weekends. On other days, the hotel offers its own paid parking.

The bed was quite narrow. The pillow was very flat and uncomfortable

The bathroom amenities provided in the room were limited, and there was no mini bar or similar items in the room.
The hotel was very good, and its location was great as well. It wasn’t very big, but it was very clean. It was just a 2-minute walk from the metro. There were plenty of markets and restaurants nearby. We reached the center of Prague in just 3 minutes by metro.

This is a great value. The room was small, but comfortable. The location was great. The breakfast was good. It got hectic, but indeed a reasonable breakfast. Overall, a great value, and I would stay there again.

The rooms do not have a balcony, safe or refrigerator. Breakfast is basic, nothing special. What annoyed and bothered me the most was that the cleaners started working early in the morning. Every morning my bed would shake from the cleaning in the next room. Only one of the two elevators worked.

Surprisingly nice and affordable hotel in the center of Prague. Comfortable beds, 5 min walk to the main Bus station or to the Metro (tube). Exceptionally friendly receptionist. Helping to plan a journey with partial closure. Very clean. TV has many international channels. In the foyer is automate with drinks and snacks, shop 2min from the hotel. many restaurants near by.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations. I was so happy so have traditional Czech rohlik (bread rolls) and cake with mak (ground poppy seed paste). Wonderful. Room was comfortable and quiet.

The seat cover of the toilet bowl was smaller than the toilet bowl itself which was a little annoying for usage, and tap was too short for the sink. Hands was constantly touching the sink

There is little parking and a construction site next door.
It was clean and comfortable, with great value considering how close it was to the old town.

Location was great, there was a subway station called Florenc very close to the hotel, maybe like 3 minutes of walking. It was two subway stops from the main train station. Shopping centre nearby, grocery store too. Even though Florenc is pretty crowded, it was a quiet place to stay. Breakfast provided many options, better than expected. Bathroom was clean, room aswell. Hotel stuff people were very helpful and nice. We are going to this hotel again very soon.

The check in time is ridiculous, I had to pay extra to check in early. The location is not that great, it seems closer to the main town square then it is.
I like that there was someone at the desk at all times. The breakfast was okay.

Lack of prayer space for muslims. Just a small clean space could address the need. When I asked about such service, the feedback was negative and the suggestion by the hotel was to use the larger toilet room, which is not a proper place for praying.

Room was very small. Water from tap tasted a bit weird.
Great location. Lovely staff. 24/7 reception which was great because our flight was delayed and had to check it at midnight. Clean room and good breakfast.
