Amazing place..10/10 for location, right in the square. Parking was easy and only 1 minute walk. Checkin was easy, but the breakfast was FABULOUS. even comes with a glass of Prosecco. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again

The hotel is perfectly for a family. Advice not to bring too big luggage along because there is a small distance with the uneven road to the apartment.

Only thing is....the elevator support in the apartment definitely. But there is no elevator from the entrance to the apartment. The apartment is inside a building which you need to climb stairs with you luggage from zero to 1st floor

The room is located at the most central area of the old city. It connects everywhere through the road or tiny lanes, really convenient. You can take taxi directly from the bus station ,don't need to suffer the stone road with big luggage. Since our stay(the day we checked out) was during five-petalled rose festival, the traffic restriction，the boss and his staff helped a lot to manage the taxi booking and even took our luggage to the gate for taxi. So warm the boss is. You can feel how detailed they are through every matter in the apartment (fancy decoration) and restaurant. They also offer the super delicious breakfast, you can order anything on the menu and just enjoy the food and the view of the square. Even it's located in central area, it's vey quiet in the room.

We could not find one single thing that we didn’t like. It was beautiful and the parking option worked very well. The property manager uses an app for door codes and communication which we felt was difficult with our limited data and internet coverage. I would prefer direct communication through the booking.com messenger facility. Also communication was a little late, other properties send door codes and information one week before so you can be very organised, this property sends communication within 24 hours which can be difficult if you are travelling and outside wifi connection.

Attention to detail in this apartment was fantastic. Exceptional apartment and bathroom was amazing. All fans and air conditioning worked very well. We stayed in the deluxe garden apartment and it was perfect for our family. The location was absolutely perfect. Very clean and very well presented. The cafe associated with the apartments is very good and staff are fantastic!

The treatment was elegant and the service was excellent. The rooms were clean and tidy. The location was strategic, overlooking the main square and close to all the tourist attractions. The breakfast was extremely delicious, something we had never tasted before.

My friend's children were eating food from outside, which we can understand is not unethical. However, the cafe postal staff arrived and loudly told them not to eat instead of saying it to them directly. This was done in front of several guests, which is quite rude and devalues the entire experience.

The best value for the money and the best location. The food was prepared according to the menu, and the breakfast was delicious.

Due to the new listing on the website we were hesitating to book it at first. Despite our initial second thoughts we took a risk and our gamble paid off completely. I personally highly recommend this accommodation.

We arrived in Český Krumlov by car from Slovenia (not Slovakia 😉) 🇸🇮. Although access to the city is restricted, we found parking near our accommodation. Upon entering, we were surprised by the entrance hall and its decorations. The rooms were beautifully designed, with comfortable beds, views to the city centre, and equipped with basic kitchen everyday necessities. The apartment had its own air conditioning, but due to the spring temperatures we didn't need it. Although being in the city center, it felt peaceful and cozy. The breakfast was a big surprise and we returned to the restaurant for lunch as well and got some additional desserts. The staff was helpful with additional tips for the sightseeing, and the owners were helpful and kind during our interactions.

In Český Krumlov, we spent one night, and thanks to our accommodation right on the square, we had all the landmarks and attractions within easy reach. Additionally, we enjoyed a stunning view of the castle directly from our bedroom. The apartment was beautifully styled down to the smallest details, with even the hallways matching this aesthetic. As lovers of a good night's sleep, we appreciated the high beds with comfortable mattresses and no gap in the middle. Having two different pillows available for each of us was a big plus, allowing us to choose the one that suited us best. We selected our breakfast from a menu, and the meals were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, readily answering any questions we had about the city and its landmarks. We will most definitely return here again!

Our experience with this accommodation was absolutely amazing! The apartment was beautifully decorated to the last detail, and every element of the interior felt thoughtful and luxurious. We were most impressed. Our experience with this accommodation was absolutely fantastic! Everything was new, clean, and you could tell that the owners put attention to every detail. The rooms are stylish, thought out to the last detail and have a unique design that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The advantage was that we didn’t have to arrive at a specific time as we were given a code which we used to get into the apartment. The hotel is located in the historic centre, so all the sights and charming streets of the city were literally at our fingertips. While parking is not right in the center, the nearby parking lot is only a 5 minute walk, which we didn’t mind at all. . In the morning we enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant downstairs, which serves à la carte dishes - everything was fresh, the pastries beautifully crisp and the coffee perfect. The great breakfast experience also brought us back in the afternoon for coffee and dessert - I must say they have some of the best cakes we have ever tasted!The staff were incredibly kind, helpful and friendly, which only added to our overall great impression. We definitely recommend this accommodation - it was an amazing experience that we will remember for a long time!

The apartments are advertised as having an elevator however the elevator starts on the second floor of the building. We were traveling with two small kids and lots of bags which really made things difficult for us. Had we known that the elevator was on the 2nd floor we would have chosen somewhere else. Also the fridge in the room was making so much noise that we decided to let our food go bad and to turn it off as none of us could fall asleep.

This is a series of apartments in a building right on the main square of town. The apartment was new and was fully equipped. The decor is interesting and not everyone may like it (lots of patterns and dark colors). The bathroom was clean and beds comfortable. The owner and staff are super friendly and nice and helpful . Breakfast is offered at the restaurant downstairs and guests can order a la carte. There are many options and all are very good.
