Great location right next to Old Town. Staff is very friendly. Unit is quite spacious. Wonderful value overall.

Parking lot and building entry not in the same street. Not far from one another at all, but a bit confusing to locate.

Location is just awesome! Two steps from the city center, between two parks (which was great for us, because we are traveling with our dogs), plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. Our room looked to the courtyard, so it was not so loud, with occasional noises of course because of the restaurant :-)

It was very hot during our stay, the rooms have no air conditioning, but there was a fan in the room, which actually helped. There is a very strange smell in the bathroom, perhaps because of poor ventilation.

In the center of Brno, few minutes by walk to Old Town. Apartment was very clean and everything is needed for short or longer stay is provided. We were provided with all the instructions before arrival and once we have reached the location. Definitely recommended! If you are coming with car and using their parking place, be aware that it could be bit tricky to find the parking entrance, just follow the instructions provided. Parking looks bit tight, but just be careful and will be fine.

Everything was very good! Maybe just the ventilation in the bathroom was a bit noisy, but we didn’t mind

Very nice apartment. It was very near the centre and the castle. You could walk everywhere. It was spacious and very clean.

Even though small a very nice apartment They added AC so the sun is not an issue anymore

The shower head is a bit weird (but works) Beware this one is oriented into the main street and both cars and trams are making a bunch of noise and vibrations

Check in was excellent. Nice and efficient space and the heater/cooler worked perfectly, which I highly value. WiFi was secure! I liked everything about this place, except…

the streetcars sent tremors through the building and made my bed vibrate. Felt it in my chest and head. It was like experiencing a little earthquake every few minutes. I was on the fourth floor, room seven, facing the street.

Fantastic location right in the centre of Brno

Good communication, good location, dog friendly. This was good for our purposes.
