How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Parking lot and building entry not in the same street. Not far from one another at all, but a bit confusing to locate.
Great location right next to Old Town. Staff is very friendly. Unit is quite spacious. Wonderful value overall.

It was very hot during our stay, the rooms have no air conditioning, but there was a fan in the room, which actually helped. There is a very strange smell in the bathroom, perhaps because of poor ventilation.
Location is just awesome! Two steps from the city center, between two parks (which was great for us, because we are traveling with our dogs), plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. Our room looked to the courtyard, so it was not so loud, with occasional noises of course because of the restaurant :-)

Everything was very good! Maybe just the ventilation in the bathroom was a bit noisy, but we didn’t mind
In the center of Brno, few minutes by walk to Old Town. Apartment was very clean and everything is needed for short or longer stay is provided. We were provided with all the instructions before arrival and once we have reached the location. Definitely recommended! If you are coming with car and using their parking place, be aware that it could be bit tricky to find the parking entrance, just follow the instructions provided. Parking looks bit tight, but just be careful and will be fine.

There was nothing I did not like about this apartment
Very nice apartment. It was very near the centre and the castle. You could walk everywhere. It was spacious and very clean.

The shower head is a bit weird (but works) Beware this one is oriented into the main street and both cars and trams are making a bunch of noise and vibrations
Even though small a very nice apartment They added AC so the sun is not an issue anymore

Was not expected to have smal 1 person room without oven and stove , just a microwave. I did receive 1 electric hob with 1 burner and 1 pan but it was difficult for me to cook. The pictures were not specific taking in consideration that the posibility to cook was the reason I booked an apparent and not a hotel..Also the tram is so close that the bed shaks .
The location was perfect. The room was clean. They let ne check out 1 our later

The bathroom lacked a small trash bin and any shelves in the shower. The apartment was located right above a restaurant, so there was a strong, specific smell in the bathroom. It’s best not to leave clothes in there.
The apartment was spacious, with one large room and three comfortable sleeping spots. The location was perfect, just next to the castle and the old town.

There was really nothing we didn't like.
The communication with property was very friendly and we were so happy with the accommodation-apartment was cozy, clean and big, with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom had even washing machine, we really didn't miss anything during our whole stay. Beds were very comfortable and as our room was located into the inner courtyard, it was also silent at night. I was very nicely surprised, that before our departure, I was able to leave my luggage for few hours at the reception, was really helpful. Location is the bonus - total center of the Brno, we walked everywhere. In future I will book for sure again. Thank you! <3

The building where Atrium Apartments are located is really near to the city centre, the castle and the Railway station (all these places are reacheable walking). The staff was really kind and sent me a message one day before to know my arrival time for check in and give me the keys. Really near to the building were Atrium Apartments are located, there is a good bar where you can have your breakfast.
