Some of the staff were very rude. I was charged a 200€+ city fee instead of 200czk like I was supposed to be and they made me repay in czk before I even got my refund. The refund still hasn’t come through.

Very good location, right at main square, close to the castle. Apartment was clean, bed comfortable.. Apartment is overlooking main square. Breakfaat good in pleasant pension restaurant.

Nice location, good value for money, nice big and modern room with high ceilings, great breakfast (also not expensive) and very friendly staff. Furthermore, the hotel is a good restaurant to eat in the evenings.

Nothing at all - absolutely perfect!

The staff were absolutely exceptional - they were so accommodating and friendly, answering all our questions with a smile. Our room was immaculate, the balcony was just the perfect hideaway spot, and the breakfast was exceptional! We explored the beautiful town and came back for lunch as we were so pleased with our time staying here. I couldn’t be happier with our experience!

Check out was 10.00 am, not 11.00 am or 12.00. Am, a Gentleman barely has time to pack his trunck!

Just a fantastic town, and this Pension is in the centre...The room was great, bed, wonderful, service in the restaurant great by Czech standards..Best was the French Bordeaux wine..2016 Chateaux wine that was excellant...!And i got a smile from the ladies at breakfast! Again unusual in CZ..but appreciated non the less.

The hotel didn't provide us with a parking card, so we needed to pay for the whole time the car was parked in the city, even during the night periods.

Cozy small hotel, with a lovely and helpful staff. The room was comfy and clean. we had breakfast at the venue and it was very good and worth it for the price. Definitely will stay here again. There is also a restaurant at the Hotel and the location is perfect, right in the middle of the main square (btw Loket is a lovely beautiful small city).

Everything was great, can't think of anything negative to say.

The free parking was very important for me and also thanks for allowing me to keep the car there after I checked out! The breakfast was very good and of course the location of the hotel right on the main square couldn't be better. The room was very quiet even though it was facing the square. I would highly recommend staying there and also eating dinner at their fabulous restaurant.

Nothing negative

The property is on the town square, yet it was quiet at night. Except for the town bell - but that’s not their fault. Great restaurant downstairs, nice community terrace available. Bed was comfy, room was spacious, breakfast was good, staff was excellent. We had to play charades to communicate, but they were very friendly and good natured about it - felt like we were friends!

We missed a fridge and an electric kettle in the room.

Very nice reconstructed historical house directly on the main square of Loket. We had a very comfortable room with a view to the square and the castle. Check in was easy in the restaurant and we could park directly in front of the building (200 CZK / night) Staff was very friendly. Also dinner at the restaurant was very tasty. We can recommend this place.

Hotel right next to the town hall, whose bell chimed every 15 minutes. It took awhile to fall asleep.

Unsmooth check-in, had to stand in mc-gear in the back of the restaurant while they figured it out during rush our at the restaurant. Hot, stuffy and clearly not well thought out!

We stayed for 1 night only, a friend who lives locally recommended the location.Very friendly staff, we had dinner outside, food was great, service excellent. The room was great and the terrace outside just perfect. We had a great breakfast (started at 09:00). Went back for dinner the next day as we enjoyed it so much.
