- very friendly and helpful personnel - great location (nature all around, proximity to ski resorts, landmarks like Sněžka and other hiking destinations) - free skibus stop nearby + public transport bus station nearby - good food and big portions for a good price too - private bathroom - good for family stays - the hotel has a corner with toys - cleanliness (the staff can clean the room every day upon request with a door tag) - there is a food vending machine nearby (instant food bags) - overall a lovely place that we love to come back to Picture 1: blueberry dumplings we had on Friday for dinner - there is a possibility to buy dinners extra at the property and drinks are not included in the price (if you choose to order something to drink) Picture 2: great breakfast that was prepared for us only on the first day because we were the only guests at the time - usually you can pick from a good variety of food and drinks from the counter (here drinks are included in the price)

Perfect for a quiet getaway and hiking trips! nice private parking and the constant flow of the river is very relaxing. A place where one can just be :)

The water pressure in the shower was bad. Also there wasn't a shower gel ready for me only soap.

The place is very beautiful, room was clean, personel is helpful, check-in is fast, breakfasts are decent and tasty, knedle in restaurant are very good, quiet place to rest and go back on the track

The restaurant does not accept card payments. Cash only. The mattress was hard as concrete (I do not recommend for skinny people). The pressure of warm water was very low in the morning (the shower would eventually stop flowing a couple of times). I do not recommend for night owls. The noises coming from the corridor in the morning were loud enough to wake me up.

The room was superclean. The staff was not just polite but also very helpful and could speak English. The dinner in the restaurant was really really tasty. The breakfast was good. It was great to have a parking spot also.

We came to breakfast at the end, not mich was left, but staff member asked what was missing, and boiled some eggs for us by our request. That was very sweet of him
