It is a very nice hotel located at a very convenient location. The walk to old town is around 30 mins and using the tram, it is only 15-20mins. The staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend for your visit to Prague.

Some rooms only have bath tubs and no shower curtain or hook on the wall to hang the shower head making showers difficult especially for elderly people. Pastry at breakfast had mold all over it one day. The next day they were fresh.

Upgrade your coffee machine. A coffee needs to be good and hot. And our room did have a bath tub and no shower curtain or glass. This is substandard and needs to be changed.

A bit far from the center, but the bus/metro stops are 2mins away and will take you everywhere in less than 10mins

Everything was perfect and the hotel and rooms are filled with paintings which gave a nice touch One of my best stays lately in Europe

There is nothing I can think of.

Art hotel Prague was simply amazing. The staff were super helpful, friendly and polite. The facilities-room, decor, breakfast and garden were of excellent standard. I like the location- serene atmosphere in a nice area of the town that is easily accessible to the city centre by the metro tram or by walking.

Everything was to my satisfaction!

Check in was very easy and the front office staff extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel has an air of class. Everything is clean and should be as it should be. The room I was in was big, clean and had good amenities, Bathroom was clean and had ample towels, soap, lotion etc. The room had aircon which was a plus because the summer days were quite blazing. The breakfast had a large selection from its buffet. The Art Hotel far exceeded my expectations! p/s the art pieces on the walls were beautiful

Excellent location, 20 min. from the center on foot, and hotel is located between two parks, Stromovka is beautiful one, ideal for walking,. Large rooms with big window facing north, great view. Excellent breakfast, nothing is missing.

A shower cubicle would have been helpful.

Very good breakfast with lots of choice. Was great to be able to eat breakfast outside in the sunshine. The room was spacious and well equipped. There was a bath but it would have been preferable for me to have a shower facility also available. I stayed in the hotel with a friend. I was glad to be accommodated in an adjacent room with a common entrance hall.

An event going on at next door sports event, some noise went on into the early hours of the morning loading lorries, however, not a big issue.

The hotel was located in a pleasant quiet area, a short walk from tram stops and shops, so very convenient. We had a large double room, with a balcony and excellent shower/bathroom. A large selection at the buffet breakfast, something for everyone’s tastes. All staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to all at the hotel.

The shower head needs to be higher. My partner does not like to sit in a bath to shower. Slip mats would be good for the tub. There was some brown water coming from the tap for a few minutes on the last day. Also there was some loud thumping just one night from the suite above. A few small things but in general the value and location were great and i would stay at the hotel again.

The location was nicely walkable to the sites but not in the muddle of the craziness. Locale restaurant down the street was great! Great breakfast!
