At the reception, we did not receive any explanation of how things work. What the package includes and what not. How things work in the water park. We were given a sheet with the working hours of various facilities, tickets, and entrance "chips" to the water park (without explanation of what it is or how it work), and with that, the clerk "ended" the reception. For any questions about parking or anything else, he simply shoved this sheet at us. I have to say the rest of the staff we talked to later were much more helpful. A "map" of the park or a brief explanation could have been attached. There is no minibar (or any other type of refrigerator in the room).

The aquapark is good - there are lots of options for the family. Good breakfast with a lot of variety. Most of the staf were very polite and helpfull.

Hotel wasnt ready to switch dates, even though it said in booking you could. Only a complain to booking led to the switch of the date. Hotel positions itself as an awua hotel, which means there are many kids. There was no conditioner, so it is very hard for kids with long hair

A/C was weak, we travelled in 32c weather. The entry to the underground garage is designed for small cars. If you have a larger SUV you may want to stick to the multi story car park.

The waterpark was one of the better ones in the region, friendly staff, something for everyone. Decent food. Clean. The hotel is located outside of the city with an easy way to get there.

Don’t eat att the puzzle restaurant inside the water park, it’s extremely low value for your money. Otherwise very good park for kids 10-14 years old, likely also for younger.

Very good city stay with children. Bit far 20 km from city and public transport takes almost an hour, uber/bolt about 300-400czk.

A bit overpriced. One day is just fine. Do not book airport shuttle with the hotel, it costs almost double. Instead order a bolt or uber in advance

1.TV didn't work well....only once could reach the TV channels..but after we could see only adverse.

1.In the room there are already slippers and towels for pool. 2.At the breakfast restaurant there is a kids corner. The parents could enjoy the morning time watching the children play. 3.Everything is clean and tidy.

The water park is a bit understaffed. I saw just a couple of lifeguards in the whole area.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, bunk beds for kids, breakfast and room service also good. The water park is sparkling clean with lots of things to do for all ages, prices are fair, facilities are perfect.

As said, everything was exceptional. Just as a minor point, it might be nice to have non-dairy yogurt options for breakfast, e.g. coconut, almond or oat yogurt. Also, as said, the entire staff was lovely, professional and kind, but there was an exception that stood out like a sore thumb - the girl / young lady working at the main pool bar in the Aquapark was moody, rude, disengaged and just a smear on the entire place.

I rarely leave reviews, the stay needs to be either extraordinarily excellent or abysmal. This one falls in the former category! The hotel is perfect for families, the rooms comfortable and very clean, the food is exceptionally taste, the breakfast is WOW, and the staff very lovely and helpful. The Aquapark itself is amazing, there is something for everyone, it is clean, fun, outstanding. Overall, highly recommended!!!

The hotel was very clean and the water park was well kept. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the location had a large Kaufland's across the street. There is also a plaza with restaurants and other shopping within a 5 minute walk.

Reception staff at the first day wasn’t really friendly. We arrived slightly before the check in time, they didn’t even offered us to use facilities of the hotel or leave the luggage. Also half board doesn’t worth it. I regretted I payed for it. There are few places to eat nearby and ordering Wolt was a great as well

They need more tubes at the water park or better control. It's really hard to get one. The kids take them and then never share.

It's a great hotel with an awesome water park. The kids enjoyed the pirate theme. The food was also really good. We took full board.
