The only thing that left me perplexed was the time indicated for breakfast: only one hour, from 7:30 to 8:30. It's not that more time is needed, but when you're on vacation maybe sometimes you'd like to laze around in bed for a bit

Large and comfortable room. Nice view. Good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Parking in the building.

Food - if you are vegetarian there isnt too much choice. Dinners were nice, but breakfast is challenging. After 9am there were no eggs, scrambled eggs is made on meat fat, so we could eat was basically cheese. Also, we were there on 1-5 May, the hotel seemed to be full, and at breakfast the restaurant ran out of many things (not only eggs, but fruit, tea bags...)

I really like the location and proximity to the bus to Spindlerova Bouda, the joined rooms, playground for kids. Some restaurant staff are really nice.

There are different buildings and if you want to go to the breakfast or to the pools you have to go outside everytime. When we were there, it was raining all day and quite uncomfortable.

The pools are great, the rooms are nice too with nice bathrooms. Little distance to the ski lift.

Access to the aquapark was limited even they didn’t inform us that sauna didn’t included. They make us to pay for aquapark access and didn’t informed us that sauna access is not included. They have not lobby or bar ! Generously overpriced

a bit cold water in the swimmingpool, including jacuzzi. wellnes/sauna area is separated from swimming pool, so you cannot just go there during the 2 hours aquapark time

Food was a bit average (not bad), mostly lacking fruits for breakfast Main challenge (we knew it) is that the rooms are disconnected from restaurants, aqua park etc so it’s more like an appartement rental than proper hotel.

Dinner. Some meals had too much salt in them. We were unable to eat the soup and some sauce with meat.

Room was everything we expected. Location was perfect. Breakfast had the same food. Dinner: Some meals were too salty. Disappointing.

Very good location. But that’s all really. Reception and swimming pool plus wellness not in the same building as accommodation. The same for restaurant! The food was cheap and not tasty. I must say that was too uncomfortable to move away all the time for restaurant and aquapark as it’s not mention in the booking facilities. Not recommended

Same food every second day for breakfast and dinner, not too various. Walking between facilities. Hotel room/ diner/ swimming pool. Extra payment if you want to use saunas. Additional costs for drinks in the evening and I mean juice.

Stuff was friendly, location was great. Aquapark was ok, and thats true that jacuzzi wasnt too hot.

Long distance from the restaurant and Aquapark building on untreated sidewalk, full of ice and very slippery. Room door were damaged like if someone was breaking in. Dirty drinking glasses in the room. Very tiny parking lot. Really tiny.. Not possible to borrow additional towel in the Aquapark and you get only one big and one small in the hotel.

- Aquapark attendance was not included in the price, even though other comments of travellers said about 2h of auapark per day. You had to bring your own towels - and it was not mentioned anywhere before you go in the aquapark. - Breakfast time slots are weird, divided by groups. No scrambled eggs! Food selection is pretty poor, but all was at least tasty. - There is no restaurant- for dinner only buffet style. No restaurant nearby, you have to go to the city center

Aquapark near hotel is a plus. The area around is lovely, nature reach.

The hotel, reception, aqua park and restaurant are in separate buildings and there is no linkway between them. You should cross the parking lot which was heavily iced and nobody was trying to clean it. A lot of specific rules on every corner.

The concept of the accommodation was in pavilions which are missing some common spaces.

Excellent accommodation right next to the ski slopes. The aquapark was amazing and the kids enjoyed it a lot! Great, warm and clean rooms, comfy beds, great breakfast etc. Everything was super and exceeded our expectations!

We didn't have hot water the first evening. We found out this after 20:00 o'clock when one kid entered in the bathroom and couldn't take a shower. The reception was not working after 20:00 and there was no one to talk to. The room heating cannot be increased. The pillows were not good and the retractable bad for second kid was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was really poor and the second shift starts at 8:45 which is very late for skiers. The internet was not functioning.

The Aqua Park was very nice and big fun for kids and whole family. The ski lift is one minute distance from the rooms. The parking is free and there are covered parking spots which is very good when snowing. The outside area is well organized and maintained.

There is no elevator on the hotel, so if you come with suitcases and your room is on the third floor, you'll need to make all the way up on a tiny stairs with all the baggage on you hands. If your stay does not include an entrance to the Aquapark, prepare to pay a lot for the entire family, it's very expensive compared to all other activities in the village. Ohh, and the towels are not included, so you'll have to pay extra for a pair of small towels. The rooms are small, no shower cream/body cream is given.

The breakfast was good. But that was the only good thing about this hotel.
