We enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment it is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood and is exceptionally well maintained, equipped with everything you might need for either a short or long visit. Barbara is a fantastic host who made us feel welcome from day one. She promptly answered all our questions and shared great local tips on places to visit and dine. In fact, when we arrived tired and hungry, her recommendation of a nearby restaurant for dinner was perfect. Later, she also suggested if we would like to go on a hike there is a scenic trail behind the apartment, which turned out to be a great tip and a lovely way to start a day.

The apartment is excellent, spacious, bright, fully corresponds to the photos, in excellent condition and fully equipped with everything necessary. We found the location excellent: quite close to the center, but at the same time not in the pedestrian zone, which is convenient for access by car, the windows offer an excellent view of the city. The owner is friendly and attentive to detail. We definitely recommend it for a great holiday in Karlovy Vary.

The apartment is freshly and very tastefully renovated, it was a pleasure to stay there. The location is great, on the edge of the more touristic area which makes it still quiet and super handy at the same time. It is easy to access with the car, with public parking to load/unload the luggage on the street - and the parking garage is really a very short walk from there. There are several good restaurants in the area, and it is possible to have a good breakfast just across the street - but we preferred to enjoy it in the apartment, in the beautiful corner surrounded by windows and views.

Noise from the street in the morning due to old window packages. Mattress was too soft for us. Dark blinds for window in sleeping room would be nice.

The pillows did not feel like proper pillows and gave no support. The stairs to the apartment might be a problem for some people, but the exercise was good!

A beautiful very big apartment, with everything you would need. Loved the large TV. Every room was perfectly cleaned. The host Katerina was welcoming, very helpful, and there was excellent communication both before, and during my stay. Great location, just a short walk to the main spa area. Nice French cafe across the road for breakfast or coffee. I had a lovely stay here, and I would definitely recommend this apartment in Karlovy Vary.

A very large clean apartment in a beautiful building. There is a washing machine and also a small supply of detergent pods - thanks for the thoughtful touch. Self check-in with a lockbox. The host kindly arranged for me to check in early. Nearby there are several excellent Czech restaurants with menus at locals' prices, not tourist prices.

From the moment I booked our stay, I knew we were in for a treat. The location was absolutely fantastic, nestled right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the major attractions. The apartment itself was a dream - modern, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the necessary utilities that made our stay comfortable and hassle-free. But what truly set this experience apart was the host. Right from the get-go, they were incredibly responsive, answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly. Their friendly and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. It’s rare to find such attentive and genuinely caring hosts. In summary, our stay was nothing short of perfect. The combination of a great location, a well-equipped apartment, and an outstanding host made our trip memorable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in the city.

The only thing that could be better for me was the bed, I don't think the mattress was bad, but it tends to be more on the soft side and I do better with harder mattresses, but this is a personal thing. Even with this little detail, I slept very well. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

We liked everything. The host is super professional, attentive, and service-oriented. The house was warm (we went in the winter), clean, had a complete kitchen, and things were very well-kept. Although it is located in a very central place, the apartment is quiet (with the windows closed at least - again, we were there in the winter). We slept very well. It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment and I will certainly recommend it to friends and family and return there if we have the chance.

Very little except the weather!

it was very spacious, smart, comfortable and well placed for all the town facilities. Katerina (owner? manager? We don’t know) was always ready to answer queries, in person if necessary. Assuming it stays in a similar price bracket and is available it will be first choice on our next visit.

There is not elevator, if you have heavy luggage then that is your Gym training session for the day. But it is an old building so I didn't expect one.

The host is very helpful and friendly, rooms were clean and tidy, enough space in the room specially if you have kids. There is an 24 hours security underground garage, can be accessed by a card, the card was included in the booking package. You can also park directly in front for the house on the street, but that's public parking and is paid through ticketing machine. It is not expensive, but it only accepts coins. There is a bank directly next to the house where you can exchange money, restaurants and other money exchange services are available within 5 min walk.
