Didnt like the really busy street. The coffeehouse across street caters to Families or mother's children,which is nice, yet you kinda hear loud screams of the children.

Great location to walk to lots of restaurants, coffee and bakeries...comfortable. I walked to the hospital each day along the river trails it was about 40 mins each way. 7 min by car. Made it a good location for me.

The other room had someone with a dog, this dog would bark when someone came into the apartment or went to the bathroom - of course this was a temporary situation and is not dependent on the apartment. We would've also liked to have a mirror in the room, doesn't have to be a big one.

We really liked that we had a little kitchenette in the room itself, hidden in the closet. There was more than enough space for two people to store our things. It was super close to the city centre and right by the water. We also ended up going to the Cafe for breakfast, really recommend doing that at least once.

It's a separate, fully equipped, apartment that is part of a bigger apartment. So in a way you have flatmates ;-).

Nice apartment close to the river, across the street of the very nice Cafe Lanna, with great breakfast and cakes.

The room could probably use a fan, as there is only a window on the one side of the room - it was quite hot but thankfully it rained and cooled off. The same goes for the bathroom. I know much can't be done about that, but the bathroom was incredibly warm. Just also be aware - this apartment isn't very close to the train station. Be prepared for a little bit of a walk, or simply take a bus. The location near the river is really lovely though, as is the cafe that it's associated with.

The room was clean, as was the shared bathroom. The small kitchen was a huge advantage, and it was nice to have a small fridge to keep some food and drinks cool. The grocery store Billa isn't far away. The apartment is close to many of the main attractions and the historical center of the city. I found the apartment to be comfortably furnished.

There was a bad smell in the appartement when I arrived, almost like a cat had peed in it. I think it was just from a cheap cleaning product as it disappeared after one day, but the cleaning should be improved.

Very welcoming staff in the café, the appartement is perfect for one person, with a comfortable bathroom and a small, equipped kitchen corner.

We did not like the quality of bedding. Pillows are very, very cheap and highly uncomfortable. It did not provide for a good sleep.

Apartment was very functional. Everything needed was there. Though shared bathroom, it was very clean and nice, shared between two apartments. The room itself has a mini kitchenette enclosure, thar has mini fridge and mini stove, electric kettle and all utensils.

We recently stayed at this apartment and were very disappointed with the overall experience. While the location was convenient and the staff were friendly, the apartment itself was in terrible condition and did not meet our expectations. The cleanliness was a major issue: the bed, linens, and pillows were not only worn out but also covered in dust, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. We even found dirty, unwashed towels stored in the wardrobe and, shockingly, a spoiled socks in one of the drawers. The kitchenware was sticky and unclean, and the wardrobe had useless hangers. The shared bathroom was passable, but the sink barely drained, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, the apartment looked nothing like the photos—it was poorly maintained and far from clean. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless significant improvements are made.

There is not sufficient parking (only about 3 parking places which are also prioritiyed for the guests of the cafe), we struggled when searching for parking. The room is also quite noisy, you can hear your neighbors quite well.

The lady greeting us and showing us the accommodation was really nice, friendly and welcoming. Also the cleaning lady we met on Sunday morning was really nice and helpful. The room was clean.

Old apartments with old furniture. Small and uncomfortable beds. Staff don’t speak English. After 4 weeks we still didn’t get the invoice. Far worst accomodation in Budejovice.

Booked 3 rooms but 1 of the single room was separate and is not together in the same floors. No lift facilities thus moving big luggages is a problem.
