The apartment is located right next to train lines, which makes it convenient but a bit loud. Due to the train noise it was difficult to open the windows, making it quite stuffy during the night.

It was a well equiped apartment, conveniently located in walking distance of the town centre.

It was a bit dirty, the other building is so close that you can almost touch another person from window. I think it’s too pricey for this type of appartament.

there was a bad smell in the bedroom, something that maintainance staff could easily solve by leaving the window open. For some reason the bells started to ring at 7h30 in the morning. The location is not the best.

Walking distance to the city centre. The bathroom smell was not to bad.

1. Toilet had bad smell. There's a pot with an artificial plant inside the toilet. It was full of mold growing in it. 2. The pedestal fan was not clean. 3. Only one fan for a big room was not sufficient at all 4. The kitchen roll was not provided. 5. The bath towels were old and torn at the ends. The length of the towels was very short.

It was very hot at night and no AC, just a fan. The bathroom could use some renovations.

A simple studio in a good location. The self check-in was easy and the room matched the photos. Overall worth the money.

The power supply of the wifi router wasn't there, so we had no wifi. There is basically no mobile internet reception in the apartment. Host did not fix this issue either despite telling them immediately.

It was hard to find a parking place, despite that there are reserved slots, because some spaces are being used by workers from Alza or other companies. However, I sent SMS to ask for other parking slots and problem solved. Shower enclosure was without a door, causing water when showering going outside (not didn't like but area of improvement :) )

It was easy place to find, easy to take the keys from the locker. Very close to the city center and Vankovka shopping mall. The apartment has a coffee machine (capsules). Under the building there is a mini store to find some groceries in case something is missing. If public transport is needed, there is a tram/bus station at 50mts.

The check out time is a bit early (at 10am), because we also needed more rest during the trip. The house keeping lady knocked at the door exactly around 10am ask for us to leave because she has to clean. I mean it’s not her fault because its her work. but it doesn’t have to be this precise, because we need to wake up, shower and pack our stuff, overalls, I enjoyed the stay, only that we need to leave in rush.

The apartment is nice, clean, comfortable. Good location.

There were a few problems in the apartment (e.g. one of the shower doors was missing or one of the chairs was unstable). These problems are not very severe but spoil the rest of the apartment which is well. Also, I think these problems are easily fixable.

We spent a day in Brno, which was a great place to explore. Also, the apartment was nice, not so far from the train station. The facilities were good.

Picking up keys was bad, because the box is several streets away from the location and I had to take all my bags when returning the keys 😞 There was no tea available at the property and I did not bring any of mine because it was stated that it will be available,
