Exceptional attention, baby-friendly details (such as providing baby towel and shower gel as well as providings baby cuttlery, high chair and plates). In the breakfast bistro there is a children play córner which makes the breakfast an amazingly enjoyable experience for everyone. The team provided nice details such as toys to the room, and bed barriers úpon request even though they originally did not have them. An amazing place to stay if you travel with kids.

There’s not much to complain about – everything was OK. The only small surprise was the restaurant in the brewery. The menu wasn’t very traditional Czech, and the prices were a bit higher than expected. Still, overall a pleasant experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, and the apartment itself was modern, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The balcony was a nice bonus, even though there wasn’t much of a view.

Everything was fine

It is a comfortable and cozy place. The room is big enough, has nice beds and kitchen set. The place is very clean, I enjoyed my stay. The place is safe for one person, secure doors.

Clean room, very comfortable beds, kitchen equiped with all you would need for a longer stay. Room 101 (as well as 2 of the other rooms) has a parking spot just in front of the door. Abundant, tasty and beautifully arranged breakfast which exceeded our expectations. Close to the city center. Very close is the eMBe pivovar - great food and beer. I would visit again for sure.

Smoke smell in the room at the beginning could have make the nights not very pleasant but it was dealt perfectly by the hotel. We were lucky someone was at the reception.

I don’t want to say too much positive things as we will come back every year 😂. But overall it was perfect. Hoping prices won’t raise!

Nice aparthotel, rooms with living room and bedroom, very comfortable bed. Equiped kitchen for the ones who prefer to make their own food, breakfast included. Restaurant with own produced beer in front of the aparthotel.

No bad experience.

The Aparthotel Na Klenici is an impeccable place in every respect. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff was accommodating. Special thanks to the receptionist, who was kind, personable, and attentive. He provided us with an extra mattress and even brought down some dice from a few board games in the café when we felt like playing one afternoon. Thanks also to the host, who upgraded us to a superior apartment at no extra charge instead of the standard apartment we had booked. The accommodation pays special attention to providing abundant, multilingual informational materials about the area, including hiking and cultural opportunities, both in the apartment and at the reception. The breakfast is exceptionally plentiful and satisfies all kinds of needs. What’s very rare: there is a rich selection of gluten-free baked goods (e.g., rolls, muffins) at no extra charge, and one of the staff members even prepared a delicious homemade gluten-free cake for breakfast. Plus, there was chia pudding available every day(!). The nearby restaurant (Embe Pivovar), which they also operate, deserves praise—cosy atmosphere, friendly service, delicious dishes, and the best cappuccino we’ve ever had.

Na Klenici is clean and well appointed. The room seemed like it was new. My room included a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave oven, and coffee maker. It also has a washer/dryer combination unit. Breakfast was very good.

Annoying registration (no reception staff, so registration is online prior to arrival) - requested date of birth, passport number, etc (but doesn't require upload of scanned images). Limited parking options.

High quality, brand new studio apartments (dishwasher, washing machine with the dryer). Very nice breakfast (on top floor). Very nice restaurant in front of the building being part of the development (including the brewery) - good food, good beer. Access is all based on PIN codes. Sofa bed was OK.

My room was on the ground floor, and the noise from the drain was very disturbing if someone used the bathroom on the upper floors. The room temperature was cold enough for me and I couldn't change it with the thermostat.

I really like the location, the style of the building, the furnitures, the environment. The breakfast was standard but delicious. The food and the beer was great in the restaurant and brewery opposed to the hotel.
