There is no electric car charging in the garage. The children's playroom is locked and you have to request the key at reception. Only one toilet in the apartment. No coffee capsules in the room (I know they can be purchased at reception).

The hairdryer 🙈, super small, which overheats in 2 minutes, you can never dry your hair with. Hanger for towels 2 cm far from the toilet. The bathroom is specious, but so not thought through. It is a bit too expensive, but the value is not there.

Very friendly staff, the apartment was clean, and there was easy parking. Breakfast included in the price was as well ok with a good variety.

The hotel is nice, the apartments are big and clean. The equipment (kitchen, bathroom) is average. A very good restaurant in the facility. Wellness in the facility (massages starting around 40 EUR).

This aparthotel is fantastic. Modern, centric located and well-designed. We were so lucky to be upgraded to a bigger apartment, but I believe that even with the 1-bed room apartment it would have been great. The apartments are super. At the arrival, the two people in the reception gave an extremely nice welcome (felt very nice after a long trip). Also, they are very service-minded people with a very positive and nice attitude. They even offered a free welcome drink etc. in the reception. We had both breakfast and dinner included and both were great. Especially the breakfast is outstanding. Feels better than many 5-star hotels. The apartment in general is very big and next time I would like to stay for a longer time. I recommend this place 100%.

I have mixed feelings about the dinner buffet, was alright but sort of bland tasting.

The apartment with 2 rooms and balcony that we booked was simply EXCEPTIONAL. I was very surprised with the size of it and the layout inside. Very nice kitchen with a wide balcony. The layout is just outstanding. Spotlessly clean too. Location right in the center. Good parking choices outside plus paid underground option (I chose outside for a night, as it looks pretty safe). The food in the restaurant was great at breakfast, and it was nicely arranged festively for Easter. Great staff too.

After having a shower a boiler was turned on for a couple of minutes. That was really noisy and can be heard in whole apartment.

Spacial apartment with two bedrooms, ideal for family of four. Apartment was cleaned and well equipped. We stayed there only one night, but it's suitable for long comfy states. Breakfast was really good and tasty.

They didn't let us know that there was a cycling competition, and we could not see the bohemian Switzerland national park because of the road blocks (that's what we drove 2 hours for to see)

Great hotel. Highly recommended. We stayed there with our 2 year-old (both parents) We had an apartment with all you could ask for - fully aquiept kitchen (with dishwasher), washing machine, drying rack, living room and a separate bedroom. We got all the necessities for out toddler (cot, high chair, potty). Breakfast and dinner were really good and divers (they even have disposable bibs for kids) They have a great game room. We even borrowed umbrellas and rain coats from the reception.

Dinner locations in the town are limited. The hotel only offers a fixed price buffet which is quite expensive for a family. Would have been better with menu ordering.

breakfast was very good with a nice terrace. Only filter coffee - espresso would have been appreciated. Nice large apartment. Very good facilities - bike storage with charging spots. Underground parking for 100kc./day. Good central location.

Unexpectedly great buffet breakfast with amazing selection of sweets, pancakes, fruits, sausages, eggs etc. - more like in 5-star hotel than aparthotel in a small city, perfect location on the city square, no problem with parking places in front of the reception and then in the hotel's garage, super-modern architecture of the hotel building, very kind personnel having good command of English, no-fuss check-in and check-out, bravo!
