Great hotel, nice room, lovely staff. Located over the road from the city's main attraction, the Pilsener Brewery. Station 2 mins walk, Town Centre about 15 minutes walk. Breakfast was excellent and great value.

A very stylish modern hotel in a great location near the brewery and city centre. Super staff, in particular the lady who welcomed us and was so kind and thoughtful when we arrived early. All facilities were excellent, including breakfast. Would happily stay again.

We came to Pilsen for the brewery tour, the hotel location was perfect for this. The breakfast was excellent. We didnt need it but the check out time is great.

Everything was excellent

Dog friendly. Dog stay costs 15 euro. Dog is not allowed to stay alone in the room, but you can take him without any problem to the breakfast and to the fitness. Garage is very easy to park. Breakfast was rich with good quality of food. Staff is friendly, especially, the lady behind bar. Homemade lemonade is made upon order, very fresh and tasty.

It's slightly on the expensive side.

Hotel on a great location. It looks amazing and they made these nice seating areas with a view on every level. The rooms were comfortable and had everything i needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I could leave my bicycle in a luggage room. The breakfast was tasty.

Outside was totally packed with cars, so we were 'forced' to use the parking garage.

Very friendly and smooth checkin process. Genuine friendly lady at the counter. Actually, the checkin counter is as well the bar (where they serve happily their famous local beers). Spacious room with nice views. Good spacious and modern bathrooms. Very quiet room. Very good breakfast with rather enormous selection of food. Very young but super friendly staff at breakfast. Joyful lively atmosphere in the lobby/bar.

Too much light coming in the room... more efficient `black out` curtains would do well. It was hot in the room. Perhaps supply a fan.

All went well and as expected. Good location, quiet towards station side. Clean room and lovely staff.

The check-in took us at least 45 mins. There were two rooms before us checking in but it took for each like 15-20 mins - the person at the reception was very slow. This was a bit a mood breaker.

Close to the Pilsner Urquell brewery and only 15 mins walk from the old town, this hotel served our purpose well as we travelled back from Poland to Switzerland. We got a room on the highest floor with had some view to the train station and was very quiet.

The staff in the restaurant did not even say "dobrý den" at breakfast. The food was just average. There was a waffle and omelette station, but there was never anyone there the three morning I was there.

The staff at reception was super both when checking in and checking out. The room was perfectly clean.

Hotel in a good location, elevators. Comfortable bed, air conditioning. Everything was good at breakfast. The price surprised us, but we came across the celebration of liberation. The only reservation is about the lady at the reception, who did not want to accept payment at check-in due to the large number of people, but did accept a block on the credit card. Parking behind the hotel and a small parking lot under the hotel.

AC was not working but I think maybe thermostat was not adjusting to the outside temperatures.

The whole weekend was perfect. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast awesome especially the omelets made to order great adjustment adding this to the menu.

Rooms were very hot. We couldn't adjust the a/c to cool it down. There was no air, very claustrophobic. The window only opened a bit. We barely slept. A coffee maker instead of the water cooker would have been better. The tub was very slippery for taking a shower.

Easy to get too even from the highway, comfortable beds, clean and large bathrooms, quiet rooms, excellent breakfast. Indoor secure garage and easy to park. All for reasonable price. It was great for us as stopover and we stayed before as well.

The water pressure on the 5th floor needs to be improved, plus the water changes temperature every second, so you're showering in freezing/normal/boiling water all at once. I didn't like that the mattress material is squeaky, so it's noisy when you're turning at night.

Wonderful, helpful, and generally very nice staff – the receptionists and cleaning ladies! Nice, clean, well-sized rooms. Short walk to the city center and right across the brewery.
