Great location I must say with all facilities which one can think off.

We were offered only half board which was ok, except that dinner is a self service buffet until 8:00 PM. We arrived at the dinning area at 7:30 PM and some dishes were not left, for some others we had to scrap the bottom. I paid city the city tax using a credit card for 6 guests accommodated in 3 rooms. For the first room it was in ckr (100), the local currency - as I chose, but for the other 2 rooms I was charged in usd which caused an additional 8% fee amid the foreign currency conversion. In this case it was a negligible additional expense but the percentage in high and it is tricky.

Everything was fine - accommodation and breakfast. A nice hotel in a very good location - on the shore of lake Lipno.

The staf didnt know english besides one very nice guy. The staff didn't renew products at brakefast from 09:00 althoug brakefast was untill 10:00 am. There were basuc product missing loke dark bread and milk if you came around 09:00 but that was the only minus. The staff in the dining room

The staff at the restaurant of the hotel where we had brakefast and dinner. Besides ome person the staff didnt know english in the restaurant and were apparently very annoyed when people came in at 09:00 or later to brakefast althogh brakefast was untill 10:00. There were basic products missing from 09:00 dark bread, milk and other products.

The location, the room. Amazing for a family. Trampolins near the restaurants. The room are so clean, the change of towells and doing the dishes for you every day. Free laundry and drier.

A bit far from city center, expensive to other locations in Lipno.

Great place to stay with kids! The room was huge and clean, comfortable. Private isolated beach with trampolines, swings, bowling, restaurant with a small playroom. Lots of space to go around and walk in the area, quite.

Beds have mattress with springs, they are WAY too soft and worn out. Pillows are super hard. Difficult to sleep in - which is a draw back for a hotel. Air conditioning is quiet but it shines with green light at night. Room is OK, not super modern, but OK. That said, our room had large stain on the carpet, which one does not expect in this type of a hotel. Wellness is not superb, but acceptable, Swimming pool is located elsewhere which is rather inconvenient. Even hotel guests have to pay, which is a bit strange.

Very good location. Helpful staff at the reception The resort is large on the bank of the lake and very quiet Breakfast are really excellent Restaurant is good /good selection and tasty/ but the staff are summer workers /confused and not professional at all/ not matching the place.

The hotel restaurant menu and variety could be better, we found other restaurant with much wider choice , good dishes and much cheaper. If you want more than hamburger chips and pizza, go to other places. The sauna hours very limited 16-20 its not good for families, i couldnt use it even once.

Good location, many activities around and in the hotel, pool is great with salty water, good breakfast with fresh juices, fruits, coffee.

The Hotel is located on the banks the lovely Lipno lake . We were there for only two nights and just loved it, The room was tidy and very clean, Restaurant was good. Breakfast was tasty with good variety, No parking problems too. The front desk staff were friendly and kind. We would like to especially thank Thomas from the front desk team for all his help which made our stay there excellent.

Bungalows have very steep / narrow stairs, which is not kid friendly and impossible for disabled people.

We enjoyed the bungalow very much, gave it an "at home" vibe. The resort has lots of fun things for the kids to do and the restaurant has great food. Staff is lovely.

The schedule of the activities. Like we can use the pool for free before 13:00 otherwise we have to pay and with kids not everything goes as plan so I guess flexibility will be better

We love the place the buffet was very good we love it. They playground was good and the pool too. We bowling as well and was nice. The hotel restaurant was awesome but was pricey. We found a restaurant next to the hotel and the food was awesome and great we eat there couple times.

Clean, organized, super friendly staff, lots of activities (specially for families with kids). The restaurant of the resort serves very nice food. I guess in the summer with the lake should be pretty relaxing place

Our family spent a lovely couple of nights in one of the deluxe houses. The house itself was exceptional, everything we could ask for, tastefully decorated and lots of space. We enjoyed all the facilities, the pool, the lego exhibition, play zone, bikes around the lake, bowling. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and tasty. We also enjoyed the restaurant in the evening. We went late October, which was a quiet time, and it was excellent value for money.

I can only recommend! A very peaceful place, with beautiful nature, a great swimming pool and spa. Outstanding staff at the recteption - very caring and making sure that the extra recomendations are fulfilled. A very rary occurence! Compliments to the kitchen staff for putting extra effort in preparing the dishes. Chapeau! Vegan friendly.

The food was bad especially in the diner - low diversity, they also stop the water from the tap so you will have to ask them for drinks in the evening and they bill you for water from the tap without let you know. You need to pay extra for every single air you breath. The filling was bad!!! They also don't know english and its very hard to communicate.
