Ideal location by Wenceslas Square and Old Town. Huge room for 3 which turned out to b a Junior Suite with a semi-separate bedroom - nice bathroom, excellent wardrobe and desk space and comfy chairs. Rooms serviced daily and very clean. Superb buffet breakfast. Just amazing value for money and will definitely stay there again.

Early check in could have been easier. I wanted to complete the admin despite the room not being ready yet, which is not possible at this hotel although the staff did their best to accommodate, and did have the room ready early.

I could not give full marks- as this was an old building and with a different set up than the usual hotel. The breakfast -although cute is not ideal positioned- especially as one has to pass through the kitchen to get his/her food. Thew quality can be somewhat improved. Although for us it was OK- not fussy- but whagt I state is for the better improvement- where possible. Yhe hotel is located in the old central part of the City- something we asked for- but was somewhat difficut to find- especially for the taxi driver we happened to find. Some better signage would help.

Our room was very hot, it was 30 degrees Celsius outside and the aircon wasn't the best but that's it. A very good experience none the less!

The location is amazing, a shopping district is the sense I got, and a very short walk to the fabulous old town and its glory Breakfast is buffet style and plenty of options for everyone. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Stained curtains and stained furniture. At night it was so noisy, poor soundproofing/ sound insulation. At times, it felt like asking for help was an inconvenience to some members of the staff.

The view from our room was amazing, and the jacuzzi as a tab was nice, most of the staff were nice. The breakfast was great.

At a closer look the property looks dated.

The hotel is situated in a very central location, just opposite is a metro station too. The staff was friendly and we were also given a free welcome drink. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a jacuzzi bath, which the kids loved.

Beautiful hotel. Great room. Great breakfast. Fantastic location. But... terrible noise from next door casino and night club. I hardly got any sleep. Had to call reception multiple times during the night to ask them to call the noise makers to quiet down. It didn't help most of the time. Make sure to ask for a room far from the night club.

- My room was with towards the street, there were noise from outside in late hours of the night and early morning. - I eventually booked a room for two with breakfast, but the other person couldn't come. The management won't agree to refund me for the second unused breakfast.
