The entrance is not ideal when you are carrying heavy luggage as there are stairs to get into the lobby and no one available to help. When booking for three people it will be great to have a more comfortable bed for the third person as it was like a hospital bed, offering a more comfortable mattress will be ideal.

The room is very private, no noise at night and the main room is isolated from the hallway which helps with having a great night sleep. Also, not all hotels offer a standup shower and it was great to have this available.

The beds and pillows were horrible and the floor felt a bit icky, i didn't want to step on it with bare feet and they hadn't provided sandals

Cleanliness, amenities, design. I really liked that the reception was open 24 hours a day, so arriving at or leaving the hotel was possible at any time.

I didn't see any vegan or gluten-free options in the breakfast.

Clean room with a very large bed. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was simple but very good.

The staff were not very helpful but they were normal. When the cleaning staff came every day, the glasses were not cleaned or replaced, and the detergents were not replaced.

The hotel was nice and tidy, located 20 minutes from Prague's Old Town. It was clean, the room was a good size for three people, and the price was reasonable.

The breakfast didn’t look like the photos, but I’d say it was still a good deal for the price. The room is smaller than what it looks like in the photos, but clean and comfortable. Make sure you find parking beforehand or call the hotel to reserve a spot — you’ll be in the heart of Prague, it’ll be difficult to find parking on the street.

The location was phenomenal: very close to the main square, a lot of brunch spots around. The room was adequate to the price and clean. The staff was very helpful, check-in and -out went smoothly.

It feels not to close to the attractions.

The registration was easy, it was clean, and the breakfast is included so this is great you can early go out from the hotel and be ready for all day. Its like a 10 min walking distance from the train station.

I really don't like the location. I was there with aged people, but the tram stop or bus stop was not that much closer to the hotel. It was around 10 min walk for normal young person but if you are with old people so they walk slow then younger ones. So it took around 20 mins to reach any connectivity. Breakfast was good, but I am vegetarian. So i don't have more options except breads, some fruits and tea, coffee, juice. Otherwise, the hotel was good and perfect.

Like the hotel rooms and staff, specifically reception service. They were so helpful. And the hotel was really clean.

Breakfast simple, but good. Actually nothing to really complain.

Location, a few minutes walking from the National Museum. Near the tran station with good connection to downtown. A few restaurants near by.

I had a great stay at the hotel, it was very comfortable and the hotel’s decoration is lovely. The room was cozy and perfect for a relaxing time, the bathroom was spacious and clean. The hotel staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was always tasty and fresh.

It would have been nice to have better coffee at breakfast and some tea pots - making just a small cup of tea was not as nice as having a teapot at the table and it would be easy to accommodate.

The room was very nicely furnished and quiet despite being on the main road. The double bed was very comfortable for a couple = no hole in the middle like in some hotels. Breakfast was tasty with good variety of dishes, replenished regularly.
