How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The self check-in process worked well, though it would be helpful if the instructions were sent through the booking platform messaging system rather than SMS, as this caused some initial confusion.
Clean and cozy hotel with a great city center location. The room featured well-maintained equipment and furnishings in excellent condition, with a particularly comfortable sofa that added to the welcoming atmosphere.

actually everything was perfect for what we paid! we would gladly recommend to any other travelers!
our breakfast was fabulous!! we had to walk about 25m to a small cafe- where I had eggs benedict and a latte each morning. Our apartment was clean and well appointed- the street became quiet after about 2200 except for a random trolley. staff communication was prompt and accurate- and the parking safe and free (on site)

Communication was 5 star, both before and during our stay. Both the hotel and the cafe where breakfast was served had a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast options were delicious and aesthetically presented. The coffee was great. The room was sparkling clean and very well equipped. We had secure private parking at a more than reasonable price. Everything worth exploring is within walking distance.

The room is very quiet and clean. It is located in the city center. The only concern from my side is that there is no elevator, so I had to carry my luggage upstairs and downstairs. You had better message your arrival time to the personnel in advance to get the key.

Really great place, fantastic location, 5min walk to the old square; delicious breakfast, espresso coffee from a real espresso machine, eggs and omelets freshly made - one of the best breakfasts I have had; the rooms are spacious and nicely designed, there is also useful a mini-kitchen. All together great place and would most likely stay there again.

Soundproofing isn't the best, we could hear children running downstairs (or upstairs?) in the morning and evening. Thankfully, it wasn't during the night hours so we didn't it as much
We enjoyed everything in this hotel. The styling of the room was very tasteful, very pretty wallpapers and well furnished rooms. Beds and pillows were super comfy, we definitely had a good night sleep. Finally, breakfast buffet was very small but offered products and ingredients were of the highest quality and we also received a free yummy coffee together with a cake and freshly made omelet. Surely, this place is not cheap but it is definitely worth your money, so we will come back one day again

No air conditioning so the room was quite warm. We thought based on our booking criteria that the rooms would be air conditioned.

No minuses really, except that for the breakfast the vegan and gluten-free options are not freely available and you have to pre-order and pay extra for it.
This is a lovely boutique hotel that provides with a lovely home experience - our small studio was perfect for two people and would even allow us to cook in there. It looked stylish and neat. The bed was simply AMAZING. It was one of the best night sleeps. Another highlight of the stay was the breakfast with a very nice and diverse menu. The location is also really good as you can easily walk to the historic centre to explore it.

The hotel is very well located at the edge of the center of the city, making everything very easily accessible on foot (and with several tram stops nearby). The rooms are clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet, coming at an extra cost, was well worth the investment.
