Good location. Great breakfast. Parking but you had to walk 500 metres to it. You could drive to the hotel then drop off your gaffs so not a problem. Great size room

Nothing major – everything was very comfortable.

The hotel was great, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. A glass of Prosecco on arrival was a wonderful touch, the breakfast was exceptional with plenty of choice and fresh products, and the approach to guests arriving with a dog was fantastic – I was pleasantly surprised.

This hotel is an excellent choice. It is located at about 5-10 minutes to city center, the room is very nice, the breakfast is great. The parking is at about a 5 minutes walk, you can park your car in front of the hotel, leave your luggage in the room and then take the car to the parking and then have a nice walk (through a very beautif park) to the hotel. The staff is great. Everything was marvellous.

Still somewhat close to the tram line and if you are a light sleeper you can’t avoid it

This time I have been moved to a higher floor so the noise of the tram was really not so bad anymore- although you could still hear it. I’ve also been upgraded to a larger room compared to last time that didn’t feel so tight like my first stay.

The rooms are rather small but still ok. I would like to have some body lotion also. Very good shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. We could hear the trams going by but after a while you get used to the noice.

Only 5 minutes from the main train station so if you are arriving by train then this is the perfect location. Very good breakfast and super friendly staff.

Everything was perfect 🤩

The hotel was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in Europe. It was close to the central station and we didn’t have to worry for transportation. The city center was very near and you could easily walk there.Next to the hotel you could find shops, cafe and food. The neighborhood is very quite even if the tram and the metro is near by.The hotel itself is very clean, elegant and in style.There was a gym which was for free and it was luxury. The stuff was always helpful and kind, ready to assist us at any time. I would love to say a big thank you also to the cleaning ladies as they’ve cleaned daily our room in detail and made sure to refill our coffee pods and change our towels and paper toilet.the cleaning ladies did their job in a great and professional way. The breakfast was delicious with a great range of everything (I’ve been in many hotels and the range here was big), you should try the oat chia pudding with the chocolate and the coconut flakes -it was one of the best I’ve eaten so far. The room had the brand rituals for bath and it made the experience even better. We had enough space for our luggage and the bathroom- especially for ladies was big enough for our makeup and skincare. The room was always clean and had aircondition for the hotter days. Also we’ve enjoyed our bed and the mattress. Finally we could enjoy our sleep as there wasn’t any noise and even if we’ve opened the windows we could still relax in the room.Everything was great and we cannot thank enough the whole stuff as you’ve made our experience in Prague memorable and unique. Thank you for your kindness and we hope we can return for another vacation soon.

Everything was as described.

Location was great. It was walkable to the old town, close to a train stop and near a green park with trees. I liked how quiet the room was. The breakfast was really varied, and the times open worked for our plans. The staff were fantastic!

The bathroom had a bath which was dangerous to have a shower. No handle to hold getting in or out. Walk in shower would be better Most of the tv channels were not English but a variety of other languages

An amazing hotel! We will definitely recommend it to friends and family! The location is excellent, near Prague Main Station and a 20-minute walk from the Old Town Square. The room was large and spacious with a king-size bed and a huge luxurious shower. The buffet-style breakfast was rich and varied and definitely exceeded our expectations. The staff was lovely!!! They helped us and gave us everything we asked for. Special thanks to sweet Diana - Děkuji ❤️

Minor things - in our room the sink was actually in the hallway right as you walk in the hotel room and it did not have much space around it to put all your toilletries and cosmetics. Also hooks to hang towels in the shower or right outside it would be nice.

Good location, quiet and spotless room, friendly staff, tasty breakfast with lots of choices. Free parking, although it was like 5-10 min walk to the parking garage.
