Checking in was supposed to be self service. The hotel sent me instructions via booking.com but the terminal took two minutes to try and locate my reservation but timed out. I followed the instructions near the terminal and phoned the Theatre Hotel a couple of minutes away. Wasn't exactly a friendly voice and got told to come over and check in manually. A disappointing start to the stay.

Not a city centre location, but about 10 minutes walk from Olomouc main railway station and the also the long distance bus station. There is a tram stop close to the hotel as the city centre is some distance away from the two stations. The actual room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Very good bathroom and no issues at all. Kettle, tea and coffee facilities. Hotel WiFi worked well. So very happy there.

-As many other people who stayed here, we also had a hard time checking in with the machine, so we had to go to Theatre hotel, and the receptionist was able to check us in directly from her computer. Theatre hotel is right across the street, so don't bother checking in yourself - go directly to the Theatre hotel. -There is a sign that you can put up on the door if you want your room to be cleaned. Although we didn't put up the sign, the room was cleaned every day, and towels were changed every day. One day we wanted to sleep in because we were exhausted from the night before, and the cleaners knocked on the door and woke us up in the morning (and that day they didn't clean the room, although we left the room 1-2 hours after they woke us up). We mentioned this at reception, and the receptionist told us that there is a sign that we can put on the door if we DON'T want the room to be cleaned, but in reality it was the opposite -The first time we entered the room, it was smelling very strange, especially the bathroom. We had to open the window and the doors so that the smell disappears - It is not possible to sleep with the window open because from 6-7AM there is a lot of noise comming from the trafic from the street

The room and bathroom looked nice, exactly as in the photos. The room was clean. We needed a freezer for our freeze packs, and they helped us out with our request at reception. Main railway station is 7minutes away by foot

There was almost no soap in the bathroom when we arrived. We stayed for two nights, and even though we reported the lack of soap to the reception, it was never refilled. Really did not ask for much, just a place to sleep and a good shower, one would expect 3 star hotel would provide it. Pillows could be better as well.

Location was good for the purpose of our trip (close to the train station). Hotel is very modern, the room was clean and had good AC. With windows closed, you don't hear the noise from the street traffic (the whole hotel is very stuffy and hot, but with the AC it was ok)

Not too far from the Olomouc Bus Station (6-min walk) but the way to hotel could be very dark/a bit terrifying if you walk by yourself. The tram station for the old town is just in front of the hotel. The self check-in process was very convenient and the staffs (located in Theather Hotel) were also very kind and helpful. Bathroom was very clean and spacious.

Nothing, great value.

Only around l5 minutes walk to main station by using subway access at main station or use tram. Tram outside hotel gives you access to / from city centre. Although unstaffed I got a very quick answear when I messaged a question.

However, there was one aspect that I would like to bring to your attention. I was assigned an accessible room, and I noticed that the bench in the shower was not securely fastened. As a result, it fell a couple of times and struck my legs. I believe it would be wonderful if some kind of holder or fixture could be installed in the shower to prevent the bench from moving and posing a risk when not in use. Despite this minor issue, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for your hospitality.

Everything was great, and I appreciated the excellent service. I had a spacious room with a huge bed, and I enjoyed every moment of it. The bathroom was clean and pleasant, adding even more comfort to my stay. Overall, everything was excellent!

Check-in took a while to complete with the self service. At check out it only took one key card back into machine so had to go and find a cleaner to return the other.

Low bedside lamps for night time- perfect. Half a blackout curtain needed two! Great sized room.

When we pulled in, there was no electricity, we found the switch but couldn't turn it on properly. The kettle had a hole and it was impossible to heat water.

Check-in terminal wasn't working, so we had to go to the Theatre hotel to get our door card. As seen from the comments, this happens all the time, so they could just remove the terminal so that people don't spend time dealing with it and go directly to the Theatre hotel for check-in. The light on the air conditioning is very very bright and disturbs sleep. However, I had to have it on, as the windows can't be opened.

Unfortunately the hotel is in a very busy location (we were lucky the tram lines were cancelled at the time of accommodation and we had a room facing the courtyard). However, the air conditioning located on the outside of the building through the wall was very noisy. The accommodation was for a one night stay don't expect anything else from it. No great comfort, small rooms and even smaller bathroom.

I paid extra for a better room and while it looked better, it was placed right next to the entrance to the building, so I was getting noises from the door opening and closing. It woke me up multiple times.

The facilties are really well kept, clean, and nice. I liked the auto check in and out. There is a public transport stop close by and enough parking spaces.
