“The hotel is overpriced considering the limited facilities. The spa is just one room with a jacuzzi and sauna—if it’s booked, there’s no alternative. Only one massage therapist is available, so it’s not possible to book massages for two people at the same time.
The area has very few hiking options. The room we received was under the roof with low ceiling space, not matching the photos shown during booking.
The restaurant looks nice, but the food is priced at luxury levels without delivering the expected quality or service. For example, the panna cotta was just whipped cream, costing 200 CZK.
Overall, not recommended for a spa stay, and the value for money is questionable.”
