“I have to say, that it exceeded our expectations. Restaurant and Wellness are absolutely beautiful. They had also sauna ceremony. The hotel staff and restaurant staff was absolutely amazing, they was always smiling, helping, nice and nothing was a problem. We really enjoyed the stay. We want to thank for example Marek, who served meals to us first night and also man from the reception which we were saying good bye to, but we can not remember the name. Also there was one man from the bar who prepared us drinks for the spa, we really thank him for that, it was so nice. We I have to mention food! It was really delicious and nicely served. Thank you once again.”
“The young blonde lady in reception is not nice person. She does not know how behave well to hotel guests. She responds with impudence, arrogance, and a bad tone. She worked on 23.08 and 26.08, we do not remember her name but hope that managment will know who is she and treat it accordingly.
Other service team members in bar, reception, and kitchen were been nice and OK.
The food was good, pool as well. We had 2 rooms. One was new and other with old furniturs.”
