Absolutely everything. From the incredible staff (shoutout to the two splendid receptionist who made our stay so special), to the sparkling clean rooms, amazing water pressure in the showers, and lovely pool. We loved it all.

I did not like the roof top (swimming pool) Services. Not enough bed and I do not think the pool is good for swimming.

Anael went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic stay. I celebrated my birthday here. On arrival my room had been filled with balloons & I received a bottle of prosecco from reception to celebrate. ( on top of the normal welcome treats ) Anything that we needed was tended to straight away...ironing table, extra towels, anything at all. Nothing was too much to ask. Delicious restaurants just around the corner (Embles & Bono). The private pool and patio were fabulous & so unique & private. Great open air fitness area which is really well equipped. Lovely roof top pool with comfy sun loungers. Complimentary tea, coffee, water, fruit and biscuits available in reception all day. A really nice touch.

The hotel is new, very clean and well decorated. The rooms are cozy and felt like we are in our own apartment rather than a hotel room. The room has fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and hair dryer. Really all you need, which was a good surprise! The pool is clean and the gym is nice. The staff is friendly and helpful, they recommended restaurants, beaches, anything we needed. Also, it’s close to the center of the town so you can just walk anywhere.

Brilliant Apartment complex in an accessible part of Limassol. The room was great, but what really made White City stand out from prior places I've stayed was the brilliant staff. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Amazing Hotel. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The building was renovated, and everything is brand new. Spotless clean. Located in the city center. The facilities in side the room are perfect, comfortable bed, the room is like a smart house, everything is state of the art. Best toalatics in bath. Modern design. Plenty of parking. Will defently come back again soon!

Words can't describe how satisfied we were with this place! The apartments are brand new, tastefully designed, and fully equipped with everything you need for daily life. They offer maximum comfort, even for long stay. The management team is outstanding, responding to every request and question with a smile and understanding, always eager to help in any way possible. The hotel's location is excellent – quiet, yet close to restaurants and grocery stores. Free parking is available in front of the hotel and on the street. A huge thanks to Anael and Oz who went above and beyond to provide us with all our needs, and also to Maria, who was always offering assistance. best wishes to you all. We are looking forward for our next time in white city Limassol.

Fabulous property! The garden room with pool is perfect but there is also a lovely roof top deck area and pool. The staff are absolutely exceptional! Nothing is too much trouble and they really make you feel valued.
