Relaxing, clean pool, excellent communication

I have a softer bed at home so found the bed quite hard in the downstairs bedroom.

The property was lovely and perfect for our stay. The pool was fantastic, large, clean and I was able to stand up in it (I’m 5’6”), we brought inflatables with us which added to our pool fun. The villa was large and the bedrooms were cool with air conditioning. No air conditioning in the communal areas. We loved feeding the chickens and collecting eggs in the morning. We regularly found 3 each day. It’s peaceful and private at the villa.

On arrival we were greeted with a home made traditional lunch and a bottle of wine which was a lovely surprise. The hosts were excellent and the property well.. it exceeded our expectations and we will be back as loved every single thing about the property. It has an orchard and hens to collect hens every morning. Anyone wanting a truly relaxing holiday this place is for you. There is plenty of room in every room of the house and bonus of a down stairs bedroom and shower and toilet and two extra large bedrooms upstairs with a cot and a high chair down stairs as well. There is a spa at the bottom of the hill from the villa but we didn’t go and just around the corner up the hill looked like a coffee shop/ meals. With in a few minutes drive there is a couple of well stocked shops to get supplies but Paphos and polis is easy drive to go to large super markets and beaches. It is wonderful and thank you for letting us stay 😍

We had an amazing stay at Valencia Grove Villa. It is a beautiful house set in beautiful grounds. There were fresh eggs from chickens which the owner (Vaso) told us to help ourselves to and also oranges and lemons from the orchard. On our first evening there, Vaso had made us dinner and left it in the fridge with instructions on how to heat it. As a host they were absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend it.

We had amazing time at Valencia Grove Villa. Everything was perfectly prepared for our stay, spotlessly clean and cozy. The host was always in touch to answer our questions and help. It was very kind of our host to leave some sweets and wine for us, we appreciate this 😊 We used the fireplace in the evenings and gas heated during the day. The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful place, surrounded by the beautiful hills.

The beds were a little bit uncomfortable for us, probably due to having musculoskeletal issues though.

The privacy. The views were stunning and uninterrupted. We were able to see the night sky/stars because of the absence of light pollution. The pool is a fantastic size. Rooms very spacious. Cleanliness Everything we needed was provided. Lots of parking space. Very nice orchard. Amazing oranges. Architectural design.

The villa was fabulous, well kitted out with eberythinh our family needed for the week? We BBQ'd on the patio several nights. The pool and gardens were stunning, the billa had wonderful views and it was so peaceful. We collected chickens from the hens and made fresh orange juice from the orchard. The nearest cafe and local.shop were six mins away by car. The cafe did lovely sandwhiches and ice creams.

We felt very welcome, the Hosts were amazing, the Kids liked the international TV-Programm, enjoyed the poolarea and it was great to have the Option to sit outside in front and behind the house - allways a shady place. We also loved the citrus trees and the chickens! The surrounding is calm and a bit remote, 20 minutes to Polis, 25 minutes to Latsi and approx. 35 minutes to Paphos. We liked it! There is the Anerades Trail close by which leads through a little, but spectacular forest. We recommend this house, if you‘re looking for a relaxed place

We visited the property during the winter and since it is still a country with a warm climate, the house does not keep warm well in winter. Heating the fireplace and keeping the air source heat pumps running helps. On a cloudy/rainy day, the solar collector did not produce enough hot water (also with an additional heating device) to comfortably take a shower or wash the dishes. With the sun and warm weather, there are no such worries :)

I really liked the beautifully designed and maintained garden. The orchard was also very rich full of lemon and orange trees. Of course, the children liked the chickens and the excitement that came with looking for eggs in the morning. The balcony on the second floor offers a great view. as a surprise, traditional Cypriot food with a bottle of wine was waiting for us upon arrival.
