Pool area lovely, plenty of sunbeds, parasols and nice area. Food, great choice for breakfast (continental and full English) lunch and dinner lots of choice, snacks ok in the afternoon if you miss lunch. Good choice of drinks on all inclusive package. Good access to lovely local beach opposite if you fancy a change from the pool. 1 bedroom apartment good aircon. Reception staff great.

Breakfast, no crock cups only paper for your coffee and no teaspoons. Ridiculous for what they class as 4 star accommodation. Rooms although good size were very tired. Spare sofa bed ripped arms and uncomfortable to sleep on. No ash trays anywhere, expect you to use a cup? Restaurant and entertainment area same place. Tables were not cleared or cleaned. Male staff lazy, would rather chat and keep people waiting to be served! Entertainment non existent. This place has so much potential. I stayed in Tsokkos protaras earlier in the year and would recommend there to stay as opposed to Paradise Village!

The location is near Landa Beach, with a nice environment, a pool, and a beautiful yard. The rooms are cleaned every day. For dinner, there is a variety of delicious food.

I didn’t like that coffee, tea, and juices are included only in the morning, even water is charged, and the breakfast is the same every day.

The pool area, the kids' club, and the playground were fantastic. The beach opposite the hotel is great. The kids never get bored. I booked hb, and I had the option to change dinner with lunch. That was great for our family bc the kids wanted walks in the city by the night

The night entertainment wasn't something special to keep you to the hotel. Also the cleaning of the rooms needs improvement. They didn't change the towels, so the second night I asked for clean one's.

The pool area and food were decent.

There were ants all over the room especially in the bath, the cleaners just made the bed, they didn't leave any fresh towels, clean sheets or mopped.

The beach which was near the hotel.

The old fashioned hotel l, room was very old and the food in the noon and night was terrible. Also iced coffees and famous coctails weren't on all inclusive menu.

The swimming pool was ok There was not a manager as I have asked twice for the manager and there wasn’t one as I was told by the staff there. The rooms were poor definitely not 4star, no control in the swimming pool area as all the area was full by outsiders and not the guests of the hotel who they pay for the pool, us the guests could not find beds in the swimming pool as there were all taken by outsiders of the hotel and there was no control there

No control in the swimming pool area Full of outsiders no place for the guests of the hotel

Spacious rooms, big clean pool, less noise, friendly staff.

Ants in the kitchen, flies on the food at lunch and dinner, bed sheets not 100% clean, furnishings outdated never urefurnished. Cracks in AC units had to put a bucket for excess water from the unit.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Just across the street is beautiful beach. The pool area is amazing both for kids and adults. Our room was 2 steps from the sunbeds and pool area. We had our little patio and the room size iz great for the family of 4. The food is tasty and everyone can find something nice for themselves. The restaurant is outside next to the pool area which is very nice. Our toungest daughter got fever and women at the reception offered us help and wanted to call a doctor for us which was very nice of her. It was a nice experience staying at this hotel. Great value for money.

Just minor things why I gave 9/10 to this hotel: The breakfast options were the same every single dag for 7 days streight. It would be nice if they changed something even for 2 days. Someone took our daughters 2 swimsuites and towel from the sunbed at the pool area. We asked at the reception and every stuff near the pool but no one new anything and was interested to help. At the reception said that they have many guests and that they cant do anything.

The staff were very friendly and the food was so delicious. One evening we had a dinner with a live reggie music and it was amazing . These points cover the disadvantages.

In our room every day we saw a small ants. The furniture is a bit old

The food was amazing. So many choices and it was very well prepared. Choice of drinks too. Swimming pool area was so comfy and location was so close to the Landa Beach, 10mins. ride to Ayia Napa Center

WiFi was working only at the swimming pool area. AC in living room was broken. Sraff could be more kind. They were closing restaurant and moving food always before the end of a meal time.

Near to the beach and rooms were basic but clean. Food was decent.

Staff seemed very unfriendly maybe it’s to do with all of the tourists drinking large amounts. We booked all inclusive but don’t drink alcohol and feel it’s unfair to be charged for ice coffee and water?? There was a disturbance next to us early hours when a man was obviously beating up his partner! Nobody came to sort this out for a few hours?!! Would I stay there again? No
