Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. The only downside is there are some apartments being built across the way, and it can get a little noisy with construction noise throughout the day. But obviously, this is only temporary!
The property was absolutely brilliant. Honestly, the pictures are good, but seeing it in person was something else! Clean, cosy, and modern! Just what we needed for our 11 day trip. The owner was incredibly welcoming, and very friendly when we arrived. She dropped us a text to make sure everything was ok occasionally throughout which was lovely! We would definitely stay here again!

The soundproof is poor. You can hear everything from the neighbours/neighbourhood.

Even though the location is a bit farther from the city center, it’s just a 5 minute walk to the bus station, where you can take bus 30, which runs every 20 minutes and takes you wherever you need to go. So, we have no complaints!
First of all, I have to compliment the owner, such a kind and caring person! Throughout our stay, she regularly checked in to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything. Secondly, the apartment was exceptionally clean and had everything you could possibly need. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making sure guests have everything they might require. The price to quality ratio is absolutely worth it, so I highly recommend this place!

Stayed in these apartments and really liked it. Great location, clean, and well-maintained with thoughtful details for comfort. The host was friendly and responsive, always available if needed. Highly recommend!

everything was just perfect :)
This was the best property I've stayed at in Cyprus. It has everything you may possibly need: quiet area, fresh kitchen fully-equipped and new furniture, adaptors, wi-fi, comfy bed. Just exceptional!!! The host, Ludmila, was very friendly and explained everything. There are several supermarkets nearby, a bus stop, and the beach is quite close.

The apartment was very nice, clean, well equipped. located near the beach and the exit to the highway. Very helpful host, she brought us beach towels when I asked for them. She was always interested in us if we were missing anything.

Just if you ask me to be really pick, the appartment is not sound proof, you can hear heighbours banging doors and children having fun, feels like it is under your nose. But it is not a fault of the owner or appartment, most of buildings here are like this. Those are just minor things, all in all apparment is perfect!
Perfect location in the lovely area of Limassol, close to beach, cafe and supermarket. Appartment is exceptionally new and clean. We enjoyed every minute of our stay ) Host communition was on spot, all problems were quickly resolved. And you can see lovely orange trees below the balcony and lazy cats. Would definitely recomment it to anybody and come back myself! :)

Even though that we really liked the location and the apartment there was a lot of construction going on around and right behind the apartment. From 7 in the morning until late afternoon. Not a quiet moment. I know this is temporary but needs to be take in consideration.
Close to the beach ( 5 min. ) walk. Close to shops and restaurants. Friendly and helpful host.
