A couple of things needed fixing in the Apt,but after a week of being there they still didn't get fixed

The interiors and the furnitures were a bit dirty and low quality, but everything worked well!

The apartments are super close to the sea, 10 minutes walking from the gorgeous turtle bay! Our room was large and well equipped. Very comfortable!

Air conditioning had to be paid separate - would have preferred it to be included in the cost as you’re going to need the AC in the Cyprus heat Water pressure in shower could have been a bit more powerful and water doesn’t drain out very quickly in shower

A bit close to a big new development site but that's not unlike most place's now.

Not much in terms of near by bars and restaurants, so we used the local supermarket and eat breakfast in the Apartment. The apartment was on a very good public transport route so no problem getting out and about.

Quiet calm area. Nearby there are cafes, shops, and a bus stop. There is everything you need for your stay.

The place is a good deal for the price and is all you need. The kitchen was fully equipped for a short stay of a few days and the neighbourhood is very quiet, away from the city noise. Would be nice to have a set of clean bed sheets and towel, so that the guests can change it (no cleaners needed).

Nothing for me to moan about. My friend though was having to work online and he whined that it took a little long time for his laptop to charge. He shouldn't have been working on holiday so it's his fault haha.

I'd stayed the year before and when I found out I was returning to protaras, I booked as soon as I could. For me, and this time a friend, it was perfect. A simple, clean and value for money place with a lovely, helpful host. It is away from the main strip of protaras but there are some good quieter beaches nearby, nice taverns and restaurants.

The bed in the studio I stayed in wasn't the comfiest, and you can also hear people in the next rooms, walking above etc. Just something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper, but I wouldn't say it made me feel too uncomfortable.

The host was very nice and friendly. The location is great, near to konnos beach. For the price it was perfectly fine if you want something basic. The room was spacious and comfortable to be in, and I would stay again.

The walk uphill to get the bus from the apartment and no groceries or supermarket near by to eat. The places which are there are very expensive.

Amazing place to stay, I was there for a salsa congress and it was last minute I booked it and it was a great choice. Because the room was spacious and had basic amenities and it was a short walk from the beach so it was perfect. Evi is an amazing host and caring person she came over to check if everything was fine and asked me to call if I needed anything, just call back. Overall I would highly recommend this place to stay if you're coming over for a holiday. The only downside is there is nothing nearby, but you can get the bus to Aaaya Napa or to protaras, but recommended to have your own car. A

The water at the shower had almost no pressure but i managed. Not a big turn off, the place is value for money.

The location is great and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the full kitchenette is a plus. A great value for money stay.

Survivable, but no comfort. Kitchen: The stove is old and rusty, the numbers have worn off. It gets unbearably hot in minutes, without cross-ventilation, cooking is impossible. The pots are terrible, everything sticks to them. There are very few and old utensils. There’s no place for drying the dishes, no space to prepare food. The toaster is dirty. The freezer part of the fridge is full of ice, sometimes it freezes, sometimes it doesn’t. The tap only drips water. The trash can is very small. We had to buy garbage bags. Bedroom: The bed is uncomfortable, and something resembling bedbugs bit us several times. Bathroom: The bathroom is subpar. The metal frame of the shower cabin is too low, my husband hit his head several times. The water pressure is low, making it difficult to wash hair. The towels are old. The cabinet under the sink is shabby. Large bugs were crawling inside. Terrace: Uncomfortable small chairs and a tiny table. The shade canopy is torn. No privacy at all. There’s construction across the street, roadworks, and it’s very noisy. Other: Payment only in cash. There are lots of flies, and they bite.

Positive: The lady was kind. The 12 cats that stayed with us and ate with us slightly eased the absence of our cats from home.

Amazing apartment, location is perfect. Few minutes walk to one of the most beautiful beach. Nearest supermarket is just on the other side of the street. Everything was clear and nice. Whole apartment was furnished with everything you can possibly need 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

The biggest flaws were the following: The flor and the dishes in the cupboards were dirty when we entered the apartment. There were small black bugs outside the apartment and in the bathroom. The sink was half broken. Other than that, the apartment had no windows. The only glass surface that could be opened was the teras door, which is on the ground floor facing the street with no fences. Because of this, there was no air flow while we were away from the apartment, and at night, when we slept, we couldn't keep it open for security reasons. Also, the bathroom door couldn't close all the way.

The proporty is 10 minute walk away from the Turlte beach, we saw two of them :)

Be aware; unit is ON a busy road with traffic noise and zero privacy - the glass sliding door that opens onto the patio is the only way to get natural light and fresh air but passers by can literally see right into the unit which is intrusive, and if you sit on the patio you may as well be sitting on the pavement. Best to avoid if you prefer a normal amount of privacy or are noise sensitive as the car noise from the road is definitely noticeable. Hot water doesn't seem to work all the time, some showers we're fine, others stayed cold - may be that the geyser isn't big enough for all the units and the hot water runs out. The air conditioner stopped working after the second day, we asked for a fan but didn't receive one. The soap dispenser was empty and the contents of the kitchen (cutlery, crockery etc) could do with an upgrade.

Bed is very comfortable, unit has more or less everything you need.

Great hosts great location very clean apartment comfortable beds the sofa bed wasn’t great thou which is expected. WiFi would not connect and if it did it was very bad signal. We love our stay and look forward to staying again. Thanks

Nice apartment with everything u need. Eve is a great and helpful host. Bus stops for lines 101 and 102 are just downstairs.
