Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The villa was a good size, plenty of room inside and around the pool too. We were a party of 7 and the villa comfortably accommodated 8. It was clean and had good facilities. Location was fantastic, a 10 minute walk to the Protaras 'strip' and a 5 minute walk to the small beach and bay South of Fig Tree Bay. Communication and service from the operator was excellent. We had a few minor issues early in our stay but these were resolved very quickly and to our satisfaction

United KingdomShower over bath with no curtain or scream to keep the water in. Shower in the hall area with no privacy - could be better laid out. Toilets didn’t lock, again wasn’t ideal for privacy .
Lovely large property, with great size pool and outside area. Really nice open planned kitchen , dinning & living room area Close to the strip,beach and shop near by.

United KingdomOne of the things we didn't like was the attitude of the pool cleaning operative turning up at midday to carrying out his pool cleaning duties then informing us we could not go into the pool for 3 hours in the hot midday sun
We all liked how the position of the villa was to all the amenities of Protaras and the beach .And also how easy it was to get to surrounding areas in Cyprus either bars restaurants and water sports .The villa is ideally located and there was a nice welcome pack when we arrived late at night which we arranged with the villas owners imagine villas and they also allowed us a late check out .

United KingdomThere was several problems first day pool steps broke jagged sharp piece around pool that Danny grazed his shin on came out put some white stuff on it fell off next day iron didn’t work torn sun beds and worse of all the beds first night my Joyce Kirk could not get any sleep nether could Danny beds dipped in middle so I complained they brought out two thin manly toppers didn’t work so two nights ruined and day time so I thought if I turned mattress in Joyce Kirk room well when I lifted it I was gob smacked what I saw slates broke mattresse was filthy blood stained everywhere under the underneath disintegrated so I went and looked at Danny’s his was broke and held up by a rock what a joke windows was filthy when we got there I complained contacted customer service Booking.com they changed villa which the villa was nice and late check out so we did that you haven’t heard the last of it On late check out they turned off air con we had three young children and it was 38 degrees I complained l early afternoon it came on then they turned water off and electric I complained again why this is outrageous knowing what time we were leaving as we booked taxi through them well it was late what a surprise deliberate I have logged all this in with Booking.com I have photos of everything and how we left the 2 property and kids came out in red rashes my granddaughter had red and sore hands where round pool edge was rough I have more photos but won’t allow me to load anymore
