The location is perfect – peaceful and surrounded by beautiful old pine trees. We especially enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi nestled in the forest, creating a truly relaxing and silent atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious with a nice selection. This is now our new preferred hotel for the Troodos mountains. Highly recommended!

amazing place with a very cozy atmosphere. everything is very authentic and beautiful, it's like you've entered a mansion where life has stopped and everything is provided only to you. we managed to relax with my wife and our big dog 200%. we were glad to meet and talk with the staff, who greeted us very well and kindly on the day of our arrival. we didn't want to leave there at all... but we will definitely come back!)

The Hotel was empty(probably because it was middle of the week) so we could choose any room. The owner and personnel are very friendly and polite. The jacuzzi is not particularly big but very comfortable for 4 people at the very least(but I think can contain 8 persons no problem). Everything worked out really fine. The smell of the needle forest feels like a brain massage. Cool vibes only.

Our recent stay at the Semiramis Hotel in Platres was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed—not only as guests, but as part of a warm, caring environment that extended to every member of our little family, including our beloved dog, Lia. We were warmly greeted by the owner, Mr. Andreas, whose hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference. He thoughtfully gave us a choice of rooms to ensure we were as comfortable as possible with our pet, and his kindness immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. The staff, especially Irene and Sammi, were exceptional. Friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, they made our stay truly effortless and relaxing. The hotel itself is a charming gem—quaint with unique antique touches that give it real character. Every corner felt cozy and lovingly maintained. And while the atmosphere was peaceful and inviting throughout, the highlight for us was definitely the jacuzzi. With its breathtaking mountain views, it was the perfect spot to unwind. We also thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, which added a touch of luxury to our relaxing getaway. We absolutely loved our time at Semiramis and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in the mountains, especially those traveling with pets. This place is a true hidden treasure!

The hotel owner did his best to stop the music coming from the area until late at night, but it was quite disturbing.

Breakfast was basic, however we don't usually eat much for breakfast, so it was not a problem.

Very charming building with old style. Our room has spacious bath room. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna a lot, with nice peaceful view over the forest. We were lucky it was not crowded during our stay (otherwise hard to fit more people in the jacuzzi). Nice with free flow of coffee from good coffee machine.

The hotel is in a beautiful, renovated old-style building. Its location is great in Platres village, with some great restaurants and a bakery nearby. The patio area with the sauna and jacuzzi is very nice and relaxing. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly.
