Nice place owned by the nicest people! Clean and comfortable accommodations located close to Limassol. Pretty central so that you can easily reach all main locations on the island with a car. Everything about this trip was perfect. The location was amazing and the house was very clean and comfortable. The two hosts of this property were especially nice and welcoming!

Nice owners who care about their guests. You can expect fruits, tea and coffee which was very nice because I was sick and couldn't leave the house initially. The location is interesting for those who want to discover Pareklisia and the surrounding areas. Everything was clear so the cleaning lady is doing a great job :)

Since we stayed during the festive period, noise levels were a bit higher during the evenings, but nothing deal-breaking.

Based on the reviews we read prior to our trip, we had high expectations which were absolutely met! The studio was comfy and had all the features we needed to stay for a week. The location was excellent, the house is located in a village 5 min from the highway and we used it as a base to see the whole island. Something I would definitely emphasise was the hosts' hospitality, they answered all of our questions, gave advice on places to see and were genuinely nice towards us.

The hosts were amazing! We asked for a cot and a baby chair and not only that we got them both, they also added a chair for the bathroom and a doll for the baby to play with. They also had great recommendations for day trips in the area and knew how to fit their recommendation to our family. Such great bonuses we did not expect and were very happy to have. The unit itself is very nice, with cute balcony and a great cortyard is available for all guests, both can be very nice locations for a relaxed breakfest. The best value for money.

The place holds classic cyprys vibes. Few restaurants with lokal food nearby - but it is better to make reservation as it may be hard to get a table, specially at the weekend. Perfect spot for visiting south Cyprus, but you for sure need a car. Super nice and helpful hosts. We've received delicious jam as goodbye gift wich was super nice. Wine and fruits in our fridge was also very thoughtfull.

Hard to think of something we disliked, however one annoying thing was the smoke alarm led pulsating in the dark when trying to fall asleep.

The room was very spacious, nicely decorated, very clean. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. The hosts are really nice people. The location is somewhere in the middle of the island, so if you plan to rent a car, it serves really well as a launching spot to explore the island left and right. We would definitely stay there again when returning to Cyprus.

Everything was great. We really like it, we will come again. We would not recommend eating in the taverna near by as it is expensive (and they don’t have a menu)

First - Maria and Aristos are very kind and helpful. They helped us in so many ways - thank you 🙏🙏 The garden is very nice, it includes chairs and a small table so we were setting there every evening for wine and fruits that we bought. Very authentic environment, Also it is very close to A1 which made all the transportation easier. The bathroom is modern and looks new. Also there is a parking lot very very close (however it is a public parking lot, in front of a church)

The main problem is that the village road is right next to the bedroom wall outside and that windows and doors are not really sealed for noise. Despite it is a small village, at some times there is an incredible amount of traffic. And although the cars drive rather slow, the road is made of cobblestone instead of plain asphalt which creates a lot of noise. Additionally there are a lot of super noisy teenage motorbikers in the evening which also annoy the guest of the restaurant nearby and the locals, too, I guess... For my part I spent most of the day outside and slept with earplugs so it was managable.

Absolutely lovely hosts and great atmosphere. Nice room and house! I enjoyed my stay!

Aristos and Maria waiting for us although we have night flight. They are so warm, helpful and happy people. They took care of every our need. Rooms are very clean, completely equipped with high speed WiFi and good light. Photos of Rothkia's house capture real situation. For those who rent a car there is convenient parking not so fare of the house. Very close to the location there was a few local restaurants serving really good local food. I was not expecting this. You do not need to go to city every night. We are planning to visit Aristos and Maria once more :)
